Clifden Court is a small development situated in the heart of Clifden Town Centre with gourmet restaurants, lively bars with traditional and modern music, art galleries great boutiques & coffee shops all on your doorstep.
Guests have the use of the large communal area surrounding the property. Ideal for enjoying a glass of wine or to unwind and read a book in the evening time.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:
You enter the townhouse on the ground level, the master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower unit above, walk-in wardrobe, further 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobe. There is a separate shower room.
Stairs leading to first floor
There is a large, open plan reception / kitchen and dining area.
In the reception area there are 5 velux windows giving lots of natural light, two cosy sofas to relax in the evenings after a fun filled day touring the area. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The dining area has a large table with 6 leather chairs, door opening to an ornate balcony overlooking the courtyard.
On the ground floor level: There is pedestrian gated access from the complex serviced by an intercom system leading you directly into the town centre.
In the courtyard there is a lift service to the lower ground floor where you have a designated car parking space.

The Western Ireland region
Set between the Atlantic Ocean, 12 Ben Mountains and preserved boglands, lies the town of Clifden on the Coast of Connemara. Enhanced by spectacular scenery, championship golfing, horse-riding, walking, cycling, hill walking, beaches, fishing, scubadiving, painting, national parks, abbeys, castle ruins and over 5,000 years of living history. you can take a wonderful walk up the Sky Road, it is a great way to see the wonderful backdrop to the town along with the two church spires, which give Clifden its distinctive skyline. Along the Sky Road is a gateway leading to the ruins of the old D'Arcy mansion, Clifden Castle. Once a Gothic Mansion, the D'Arcy's lived here until 1850 when the estate was sold to the Eyre Family who lived here at intervals until the castle fell into ruin in the early 20th century.
Clifden town 'the Capital of Connemara' oozing history, heritage, culture & traditions of Irish Music and Dance. This vibrant town has an array of shops ranging from quality gifts, souvenir, sweaters, to fashionable boutiques, antique shops and art galleries. There are many cosy coffee shops, bakery, pubs that are genuine 'quaint-Irish' to the more trendy where entertainment is plentiful with traditional, modern music and dance. Clifden has a reputation for the West's 'Gourmet Capital' – it has the finest of restaurants from fine dining to pub food.
Clifden Beach – Clifden Boat Club – host a regatta in the summer, swimming / sail boats are a few of the many activities held here.
Gurteen Beach, Errisbeg & Dogs Bay - Roundstone
Lettergesh & Glassilaun - Renvyle is home to spectacular beaches in particular the 'white strand', a long expanse of white sand with stunning views across the aquamarine ocean that would rival any beach worldwide. This magical place has inspired writers and artists and draws them back again and again, some have settled in the area.
Ballyconneely peninsula is virtually ringed by beaches - from the Coral Strand at Derrygimla, west and north to Knock, Mannin, Dunloughan and Truska, and east and south from Keeraunmore, Aillebrack, and Ballyconneely Bay to Calla, Dolan and Murvey. As well as being ideal for bathing, some of those beaches provide excellent bases for shore fishermen.
