Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast and the Gulf Coast for warm seas and powder white sands will take you just over an hour to drive. Breakfast by the pool is wonderful, with the birds and the squirrels keeping busy and keeping you amused or imagine an evening cookout with the BBQ! Pools are for the use of property residents and guests only. There is an extra charge for the heating of the pools and MUST be requested and pre-paid prior to arrival.
