All the major theme parks and attractions ( Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and International Drive) are only minutes away while an easy drive will take you to Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach and on the Gulf Coast the beautiful beaches of Clearwater, St Pete’s, Tampa Bay and beyond. There are many golf courses nearby, the nearest being less than 5 minutes, these include Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman, Legends, Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and Polo Park. Local shops, supermarkets and restarants are only 1 mile away.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Orlando is home to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios as well as Sea World and loads of other theme parks, water parks and attractions. If you tire of the parks, then you can choose from several outstanding golf courses, shopping malls, museums, gardens and, if all that gets too much come back to the villa, relax by the pool and take advantage of the Florida sunshine reputed to be 360 days a year.
Clermont / Mission Park area
Based in Lake County and known as the Gem of the Lakes, Clermont is an affluent western suburb of Orlando and is the largest city in Lake County, Florida. The historic downtown district is still much as it was 50 years ago. The Florida Citrus Tower, one of the first constructed Florida landmarks, is located in Clermont and celebrated its 50th anniversary in December of 2006. Surrounded by 13 lakes and the orange citrus groves new and old Florida exist side by side. Close by is Lake Minneola where you will find fishing, boat hire and cycle hire as well as the excellent Tiki Bar, Mount Dora with its quaint antique shops and brilliant wild life boat trip up the Dora Canal, Lake Ridge winery for free wine tastings, Lake Lousia State Park for swimming, boating, nature walks, picnics, etc. Winter Park for the museums the list goes on and we will be happy to submit further recommendations with your booking.
How to get there
Fly to Orlando International ( a 30- 40 minute drive) or to Sanford (a longer drive of approximately an hour, but generally can get cheaper charter flights). From ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, follow signs for 528 BEELINE EXPRESSWAY West to join INTERSTATE 4 or I-4. Travel West on I-4 and maintain to junction 64B which takes you onto 192 WEST follow for 12/14 miles take US HIGHWAY 27 North.Mission Park is 3 miles on your left.. Further details indoors: Our beautiful executive air conditioned home is based on one level and comprises of, a large family room, dining room, large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, four bedrooms (two of which are master rooms with en-suite facilities, ideal if two families are sharing) and two twin bedrooms which share a third bathroom. All this is complemented by a magnificent private south west facing fully screened pool and deck area. All rooms are tastefully decorated with top quality luxury furnishings comprising of occasional furniture, three sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Play Station and access to the pool and deck through double patio doors. There are a selection of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment. The pool and deck area have been upgraded and extended to provide a 30’x15’ pool, which can be heated if required. There is a removable safety fence to safeguard children by the pool. This area also provides outside dining space with tables and chairs, a sunning area with sun beds and a covered lanai for shade. The rear of the property is west facing and overlooks a lush conservation area making it very private and ideal for watching the Florida sunsets after a busy day at the theme parks. Additional lighting and outside fan ensure that you can wine and dine into the night. All linens and towels provided.
Further details outdoors: This beautiful development of just 200 homes is a mixture of vacation and residential properties and is surrounded by lush garden areas of lawns, pines and palms and set in a typical rural Florida landscape of citrus groves, lakes and farmland. It also features a large community swimming pool with cabana, a tot lot, children’s playground with playhouse and basketball court available for your use. Boating and fishing available nearby at Lake Lousia State Park only 3 miles away and Lake Minneola.
