The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
We are situated on the highway 27. The Disney parks are a short drive in the car approx 5 mins.One of the closest estate to Walt Disney World. We have a new Wal-Mart which is 2mins in the car & 10 min walk. We have many restaurants to choose from close by.There is plenty of luxurios golf courses all within 5-15mins.The area which we are in sees sunshine all year round with temperature ranging from 25-30 degrees farenheit. The Gulf coast is approx 1hr 30 mins away.
Clermont area
Sunrise Lakes is a new development consisting of large properties with private pools. It has a communal pool & a children's play area.In this area is Restaurants Post Office Supermarkets hairdressers Medical Centre also there is a Super Wallmart which is within walking distance. There is plenty of Golf Courses to chooes from ,one being the course that holds a lot of national competitions. There is plenty to do & many more attractions such as Winter Gardens to visit as here you see the little towns or villages with quaint shops(how some of the americans live).
