The community is conveniently located close to all of the Orlando attractions, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, and Spring Training Baseball.

Citrus Palms at Sunrise Lakes is a luxurious, 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two-story villa. It enjoys wonderful lake views from the private, south-facing, 30-foot by 15-foot pool and spa, screened with shrubs and tropical plants. The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

If you are searching for a villa with that 'wow' factor, then step inside! The ground floor boasts an amazing amount of open plan living space. You will be able to enjoy the huge family room with 3 leather sofas to enjoy watching a 53-inch full cable TV with DVD player and a large selection of DVDs for you to watch. If you want a room that you can just relax and read a book away from the TV, then you will enjoy the comfortable living room in the front of the house.

Working with the owner of the villa next to us, we can accommodate groups of up to 28 people (14 per villa). Both villas have the same floor plan, large, south-facing pools and spas overlooking the community lake. Both villas have a game room, large screen TV, TVs in all bedrooms and PS2. Also, we can book both villas for you, so you'd only have to deal with one point of contact to reserve both houses.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

The Orlando/Disney area is home to numerous theme parks (Disney, Universal, etc.) and golf courses. Orlando is also convenient to the Atlantic Beaches (60 miles) and the gulf coast beaches (100 miles) as well as the Kennedy Space Centre.

Clermont area

Citrus Palms at Sunrise Lakes is located about 1 mile north of the intersection of US192 and US27 and is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World.

Besides our private heated, pool/spa, Sunrise Lakes offers a community pool and Cabana. There's also a small community park with swings and a Jungle Gym.

There are 2 inside-eating areas, one of which is the cafe nook/breakfast bar which seats 8 persons from where you can enjoy views across the lake. The other is for formal dining at an elegant glass-topped dining table for 6. Or how about eating alfresco under the stars and against the backdrop of the illuminated pool and spa with beautiful open views across the lake?

There are 6 beautifully, furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 Kings, one of which has an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. One King is a wonderful Four Poster and the other boasts a magnificent Sleigh Bed entered upon through double doors. The 2 Queen rooms are both totally unique in their style. One is located downstairs, making it an easily accessible room. Both Queen bedrooms have bathrooms right next door. The kids will love the Mickey and Minnie Mouse Bedroom and the magically-themed Jungle Bedroom with colourful wall murals; both upstairs. All of the bedrooms have their own TVs and DVD players as well. The kids can entertain themselves with the Playstation 2 in the Jungle Bedroom. Numerous PS2 games are provided for their enjoyment.

Challenge a friend to a game of pool, air hockey, or foosball whilst watching TV in the superb, large All-American-themed Games Room.

After a long, hot day, relax and enjoy the large, 30-foot by 15-foot private pool and spa, or sit back and relax under the oversized lanai with a long, cold drink, and enjoy the views over the lake. Surrounding the pool is a large deck area and plenty of poolside furniture. The pool is heated by solar and topped up with gas, which keeps it at a divinely warm and constant heat regardless of the ambient temperature.

The large, fully-appointed kitchen has all the modern conveniences that you should expect, and there is a separate utility room with large capacity washer and dryer.

Save your cellular "anytime minutes" and throw away those expensive pre-paid calling cards. When you stay at our villa, all domestic and international long distance calls are 100% free. No limit on the number of calls or length of calls.

Our Villa is professionally managed and maintained by an Orlando based property management company, who are members of the Better Business Bureau of Florida. During your stay, all questions or issues regarding the house will be handled by their local experts, which means a timely, satisfactory response to all of your inquiries.

Pool/spa area is screened, is south-facing and backs to the community lake. Privacy in the pool area is assured via bushes along the pool screen and via the use of privacy screening in the lower panels of the screen.

Fishing in the community lake is allowed but only with a valid, Florida fishing license.

Fully refundable security deposit of £250 ($500) to secure the villa. Security Deposit is refunded 4-7 weeks after departure, barring any unusual damage to the house.

Balance of payment due 10 weeks before date of arrival.
