Large sized 4 bed, 3 bath villa in a secluded cul-de-sac with oversized lot giving spacious relaxation for family and friends. Large kitchen area, breakfast nook, large living room and large family room. Master bedroom with KING bed with en-suite. Second Master with KING bed with en-suite. Two other bedrooms with twin beds and the fourth bedroom also has linen to make up a king-size bed when both twins are placed together.
Cable TV in all bedrooms and HBO Cable TV in family room. Full games room with pool table, foosball, twin basket shootout and other board games.
The outside area offers covered lanai dining area, BBQ area, pool deck 43ft x 43ft, swimming pool 27ft x 15ft and an outdoor table tennis table. Luxury pool furniture includes four sun lounger, two recliners with ottomans and table with fours chairs. This is an ideal spot for sun worshippers, but offers plenty of shade for those who need it.

Pool may require heating between November and April which is at extra cost.
Conditions
Reservation deposit of £125 per week or part week due on booking, with balance in full due 11 weeks before departure date.
Damage Warranty Insurance fee of £40 payable with final balance. The Damage Warranty Insurance covers breakages or damage up to 800 USD.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Whether its your 1st visit or 21st Visit there is always something new happening in the Orlando Area. Disney is just 15min. away. Daytona Beach less than 80min away and The Gulf coast a similar distance away. There is something for all the family and apart from the theme parks there are many interesting places to visit. These include Mt Dora, Lake Louise, Kennedy Space Centre, St Augustine.
The climate is pleasant to hot all year round, making this an ideal winter destination.
The Clermont, Orlando / Greater Groves area
Greater Groves is ideally situated for all your holiday requirements. Walmart, Publix, Sweetbay, Lowes, McDonalds, Starbucks and other shops, banks, post office, restaurants are all within a 5 min drive. Greater Groves has its own communal pool and play area. For those who enjoy golf there are numerous golf courses nearby.

Flying into Orlando International (MCO) is approximately 40 minutes drive away.
From Sanford its just over an hour although it can be quicker clearing immigration /customs and baggage collection.
Both airports operate all major car hire companies.

The Greater Groves Villa is really the greatest ! Nous avons loué la villa à deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants). La villa est très bien agencée et parfaitement adaptée à une occupation de 8 personnes. Ce qui nous beaucoup plu est la piscine et le "extended deck" où tout le monde peut profiter du soleil et de la verdure autour de la villa. La villa est aussi très bien située du point de vue des magasins mais aussi des parcs et autres activités. La Greater Groves Villa est la troisième villa que nous louons dans la région d'Orlando et elle est clairement notre préférée : nous y retournerons certainement ! |
