Around 15-25 minutes from all the Disney theme parks and between 25 and 35 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World, the property is ideally situated to enjoy the full range of family entertainment in the Orlando area. There are also numerous golf courses (over 60) in the Disney/Orlando area for your enjoyment. Both the west coast and the east coast of Florida are within easy driving distance, with Tampa, St Petersburg & Clearwater on the west coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the east coast, well worth a visit.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
America's family fun capital, Orlando is home to Walt Disney World, Sea World and other famous mega-theme parks, including Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. There's more going on in the city than just Mickey, Goofy and the gang though. Once you've had your fill of the theme parks, adults will also be able to choose from several outstanding golf courses in the area, a family-friendly science centre, plenty of entertainment options and a fine art museum. How to get there
Cheap charter flights from UK are available from Thompsons (www.thompsonfly.co.uk) direct to Sanford airport, about a 45 minute drive from our home, located west of Disney on Hwy 27. Other recommended airlines are Virgin Atlantic, Continental and American Airlines, which fly into Orlando International (MCO), about a 30 minute drive from our home.
A hire car is a necessity in Florida. All of the major hire companies have rental outlets at both Sanford and Orlando International Airpoirts. Try Alamo (www.alamo.com) or Budget (www.budget.com) for best rates.

From the World's greatest theme parks to the amazing beaches, great golf, watersports, endless shopping, bars and restauarants, it is little wonder that Florida is widely regarded as the Vacation Capital of the World. The villa is fully furnished to the highest standard and includes all bedding, linens & towels. It comes equipped with all the necessary appliances and extras, including colour TV’s with DVD players (1 in each bedroom and a 52” cinema system in the family room) and a Playstation2 and Stereo Music system. The screened outdoor swimming pool and spa can be heated and a safety gate put up for the protection of small children. For additional security, the house is fully alarmed. Our management company are available 24/7 for check-in and to answer all your queries or resolve any problems should they be encountered.

In addition to the private pool, there is a club pool, tennis court & volley ball court. The club house also has a gym, internet access, games room & DVD hire. Attraction tickets can be booked at the club house and during busy periods there is a shuttle bus to Disney.

Refundable breakages deposit required. Pool heat is charged extra on a daily rate ($25). 3% surcharge for credit card bookings. All booking payments to be collected by our management agents in US dollars.

Guestbook for 2005 Morning Star Drive
The villa is outstanding, fresh and clean and very big. It is very near to all of the parks and took us just 15mins to get to Disney. Superbly positioned to take advantage of the I4 we headed to Tampa on our last day just took us 50 minutes! >Things we loved: The PC with broadband internet access allowed us to keep in touch with our email and online banking, we were able to check out opening times and prices for the parks and get directions to everywhere. The pool and spa: Superb after a day out to come back in and have a glass of wine in the bubbles! The TV: Boy that is the biggest TV ever! And the multitude of channels kept us in touch with the weather and traffic as well as a late night film and early morning Kids TV. The radio was fab and it was good to note that we could have played some CDs if we had remembered to bring any! The master bedroom and bathroom were wonderfully luxurious. I think you could get a football team in that shower (Don't worry we didn't try!). The bed is huge!! We had to make appointments to meet in the middle! The boy's bedroom and bathroom was excellent and they soon had it looking like their own! Hanging their clothes on the floor etc. There was a playstation in each of the kids bedrooms (A great idea). The kitchen is well kitted out and was glad to see a bottle opener! The management company was very good and arranged for pool heating the instant we requested it! Excellent service!
