About the home

Our stunning villa is situated less than 10 minutes from all Disney theme parks in Orlando.
This fully air conditioned villa offers all the benefits of home and much, much, more. Comprising of 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 3 bathrooms, living room with formal dining table, large family room, breakfast room with breakfast bar and dining table, fully fitted kitchen, heated pool & spa (with removable baby security fence).
Other luxuries include 5 TV's, 2 DVDs, video, Playstation 2 , CD stereo sound system, walk in wardrobes, ceiling fans, Corner style bath in master bathroom, all the usual appliances in the kitchen, water filter system, separate laundry room and plenty of things for kids to do.

The double garage has been converted into a gamesroom including table tennis, Air hockey & pool table, table soccer and electronic darts.
For guests with babies we have a crib/playpen & high chair available.
For the golfers there is a full set of clubs and bag available for guests use (don't forget your balls).
Finally there is a high speed wireless broadband connection available at the house.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Orlando Florida is the theme park capital of the world, including all the Disney parks, universal studios, islands of adventure, numerous water parks, gatorland, Sea world and numerous other parks and attractions.
In addition to this there are over 50 golf clubs within an hours drive and at least 5 within 10 minutes drive.
Fishing is also possible on the many hundreds of lakes locally.
The world famous beaches of cocoa and daytona are only 1 hour away.

The Clermont, Orlando area

The villa is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192. This is the west side of Disney World (10 minutes away) and is much less congested than International Drive or the Downtown Kissimmee areas, however only a short drive away for their amenities and attractions.

There are many restaurants, shops, banks, and fast food outlets all within 1-5 minutes drive. These include Publix,Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie (supermarkets), McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut etc, with numerous local and branded restaurants featuring food from all over the world. There is a Wallgreens (chemist/convenience) store at the entrance to the Glenbrook community

Just a few words to let you know that we had a perfect time at your house in Orlando.

It is really a nice place and me, my wife and our two kids (a boy of 13 years old and the little girl which is 5 years old) we all agreed that next time that we decide to go to Orlando we intend to contact you again and stay there. We are not going to look further.

What can we say!!!??? The house was just fantastic, the rooms where perfect, great for our little one. Very well themed and clean.
All the facilities we could ever want were right there.
And blimey the location was fab! So close to all the main attractions and so much to do around the site too. Right on the 192 with local shops down the road.
All round fantastic, would recommend you guys without a single doubt.

just wanted to drop you a note and say that all went well with our rental over the past couple of weeks. The villa was extremely comfortable, and was more than adequate for our needs - in fact we felt that we didnt really use it as well as we could as we were pretty much out every day from early until late, so weren't able to take full advantage of all it had to offer.

In any event, it was a great choice for us, and one that we might very well want to repeat in the future - if I don't go and buy one of my own now that I have wetted my appetite :)

We didn't have any real problems at all, just one minor thing. The waste disposal wasn't working when we arrived, but I told the front office and they fixed it first thing on the Monday (it was the Hioliday weekend when we arrived). But, as I said, extremely minor stuff, and nothing to bother us at all.

All in all, it is a great house, and very good value for what it has to offer.

Thanks again - I'll probably visit your site soon and drop off a note of recommendation if that would help, though I'm sure you are not short of potential customers.
