About the home

This beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home comes fully equipped for all your vacation needs. It has a heated (optional) private pool and spa. Just 8 miles from Disney, with restaurants, shops and golf courses all within easy reach.

The Glenbrook club house provides additional facilities including free internet access (WiFi & PC for guest use), games room, exercise room, tennis court, volleyball court, children's play area and large community pool. A shuttle is also available from Glenbrook to the main theme parks and outlet malls.

- Master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with garden tub and shower.

DVDs and playstation games are available from the Glenbrook clubhouse for a small deposit.

Patio doors from the lounge open onto the pool and extended deck area. The villa has it's own private pool and spa, with optional electric heating. The deck faces South West and there is plenty of patio furniture for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is a child safety fence (removable) to keep your little ones safe.
The property is not overlooked from the rear and there is additional planting around the pool cage to increase privacy.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida has year round excellent weather conditions for both summer and winter sun holidays.

Central Florida is renowned for the attractions at Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios etc. Without doubt it is the world centre for fun for all the family.

There are many first class golf courses in the area, all within easy driving distance.

The Clermont, Orlando / Glenbrook area

Situated on the US27, just 1 1/2 miles north of the US192 Glenbrook is an ideal location for those wishing to enjoy the delights of the Orlando/Disney area.

It is just 8 miles from the gates of Disney World and an easy drive to Sea World, Universal, shops, restaurants and golf courses.

The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral is 45 minutes away, Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay can be reached in 1 hour with the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic coasts also about an hour away.

The Glenbrook clubhouse offers many additional amenities including free internet access & wireless hotspot, a large community swimming pool, children's play area with swings, climbing frame, etc, tennis court, volley ball court, an exercise room, billiards and air hockey. DVDs & playstation games are available for hire from the club house for a small refundable deposit.

There is a supermarket, drugstore and restaurant all within walking distance of the villa.

- we had a fabulous time in Florida and the villa was everything we could have wanted and more (especially the pool which my son couldn't wait to get back to after a day at the theme parks)

- Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the villa is very clean and comfortable and we especially liked the huge bed in the master bedroom. We actually thought that the photos on the web did not really do the villa justice. Bruce and the staff at the clubhouse were very friendly and helpful and we felt the villa was excellent value for money. We really cannot find anything negative to say about our stay here. If we visit the Orlando area again we would definitely consider staying here or recommending it to friends. (Sept 2010)

Pool heating is optional and charged at £90 per week for 2011 (£95 per week for 2012) when booked and pre-paid prior to visit. Pool heating requested during stay will be charged at local rates.

The property will be cleaned before and after your stay. Additional cleaning visits can be arranged during your stay. A charge of £60 will be made for each additional visit or if your stay is for 6 days or less
