About the home

We would like to welcome you to Dreamy Corner our luxury family home from home, with stunning lake views, set in the ideal location for all your needs, whether it be a fun packed family holiday, a golfers getaway or relaxing after a busy day shopping at one of the many malls.

This fabulous home provides ample space for all families, and is also ideal for family get-togethers/reunions, or multiple families to share. With 5 bedrooms all having cable tv, 4 bathrooms, including 2 master king suites, and 2 themed twin bedrooms offering comfort for all ages. There are 2 lounges as well as a well equipped games room, 2 indoor dining areas with a family kitchen, and separate laundry area.

Relax in the large 30ft pool, or colour changing spa looking out over relaxing lake views, or sit back on one of the cushioned loungers and chairs on the extended deck with partially covered lanai, all south/south west facing.

As you would expect the villa is fully air-conditioned, we provide FREE wireless Internet access and FREE International phonecalls, you will find upgraded cable tv in the family room and PS3 games console, bedrooms have DVD players, or Wii games console or PS2 games console for hours of family fun. Baby & toddler equipment is provided throughout the home. Our villa has a monitored security alarm and a safe is available for guests use.

All Bedrooms have Cable TV. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and Master en-suites each also have a pair of hair straighteners. All bed linens and towels are provided for guests use.

Baby/Toddler equipment is provided, including : highchair , cot , 2 x stairgates , strollers , deluxe safety bedrail, potty/toilet trainer/step, socket covers, feeding utensils, toys, books & games.

A George Foreman indoor/outdoor bbq grill is available for guests use

ALL exterior doors leading to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms to alert when doors are opened, for additional child safety. Pool and spa are enclosed within a safety fence.

Enjoy breakfast at the large table, looking out across the lake.
Later relax and unwind at the poolside, on a choice of cushioned loungers, recliners and chairs, watching on as the children, and the big kids, swim and play in the safety of the large 30ft private pool, enclosed within a large screen.
Outdoor cooking on the extended deck is made easy with our George Foreman bbq/grill.
Take to the shade under our covered lanai with outdoor fan, giving relief when needed from the Florida sun.
Finish off the evening in the bubbly spa, with colour changing LED light, surrounded by ambient soft lighting, for that extra hint of luxury treat yourself to a glass of bubbly, watching the sunset across the lake.

The Sun falls on the pool / deck area from morning, until setting in the evening ( Peak Summer 9:30am ish - Sunset 9pm ish / Early Spring 9:45am ish - 6:45pm ish ).

The Clermont, Orlando area

Clermont is located north of the 192.
Only a 30 mile drive from Orlando airport you'll find yourself on the quiet subdivision of Silver Creek, off of highway 27, just north of the 192.
Hidden away from the hustle and bustle is this 2004 built community of pastle shaded homes set within natural woodland conservation areas with ponds and small lakes. There are many wild birds to be seen including a family of Sandhill Cranes who wander the estate, lakes are suitable for fishing.
Silver Creek has a quiet seating area to soak up the peace and tranquility. But not forgetting the younger family members there is a tot lot children's play area.
At the end of the road is the well recomended Santa Fe Steakhouse, also the local Post office, banks, Pizzaria and other fast food diners including Chillis, KFC, Taco Bell and more. Further along Highway 27, within 2 miles is a Walmart Superstore with in store Pharmacy, opposite is Cagan Crossings Town Centre with Library, Dentist, Nail & Beauty Salons, Barbers, Gym and a growing choice of Diners and Restaurants such as Gator's Dockside Sportsbar/Restaurant, Ricky Rito's, Sherlocks Winebar, Chinese/Japanese take-away, Pizza and Sub take-away, and Tearooms.

Flights from the U.K. available from Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester and Birmingham, flying into Orlando International and Sandford airports, as well as Tampa and Miami airports. There are a variety of airlines such as virgin Atlantic, British airways, Delta, American airlines etc.
Car hire is essential, there are a number of companies within the airports for convenient car pick-up/drop off on site. Dollar, Thrifty, Budget and Alamo offer a wide choice of cars and minivans to suit up to 12 passengers.

WE had a wonderful trip to Florida and having an amazing home helped make it such a great and memorable trip. The lake was very relaxing to sit back and fish in. We even saw a few alligators which the kids were very excited to see.Your home is the best place we have ever stayed while in Florida. Dreamy corner at sliver creek was a great location on Highway 27 very close to supermarkets and places to eat. The location was very residential and felt safe. The villa itself overlooked a lake at the rear and hence was quite private and had the sun from about 10am until sunset. This large villa was nice and spacious with a good lay out and very clean and cared for with plenty of extras. Some of the rooms had items for children and babies that looked new and still in the box. Toys, books, dress up outfits along with prams, fishing rods and a fully equipped games room in the garage.
The pool was large and the heating worked very well. The spa had colour changing lights that added to the solar lights around the pool gave the outside area a nice atmosphere at night. The TV channels at the villa were vast and the wifi fast this along with a number of games consoles in various bedrooms and the living room kept every body happy ( Wii / PS2/ PS3 along with games for each console, their may have been others but we only used a couple of the five bedrooms)
The owners( HI Trish and Marcus) made the booking process very easy and were approachable and always quick to respond to questions and the management company were also friendly and quick to respond when called ( the lighting blew the pool heater and they had somebody out with in the hour of our call to re set the box). overall we had a great two week holiday in this villa and would not hesitate to recomend it to others

Dreamy Corner is a well maintained, spacious villa with a lovely outlook over a small lake. It was relaxing to sit by the pool early morning/late evening and watch the local wildlife. The villa has lots of extras that made our stay even more enjoyable and the owners have worked hard to make this villa homely and accommodating. We have been to Florida many times over the past 15 years and this villa more than matched our expectations. Local supermarkets/ restauants are a 3 minute drive (Walmart etc..) Booking was easy and the owners and local management company were reliable and friendly.

Just the perfect name. This was the first time we have booked a villa for our family holiday, the reason we chose Dreamy Corner over the hundreds of other we viewed over the web was very simple, if the villa reflects the effort Trish and Marcus put into their website it must be good, and how right we were! From the point of enquiry Trish and Marcus made us feel like old friends, nothing was too much trouble and all the questions from "newbies" were answered. The villa is lovely, kept immaculate with almost everything a family could ask for. To return from the parks was a pleasure, to sit outside with a cold drink and watch the sun set over the lake, so quiet and tranquil really made our holiday and I am afraid may have spoilt us, surely other villas can't be as good? The one time I called the local management agent my question was answered immediately. The website is quality, the villa is quality, and i would have no hesitation in recommending Dreamy Corner, it is exactly what it is called.

The villa was fantastic! My wife and I have visited Orlando before and stayed in a hotel on I-drive. Having a villa was by far the better way to do it, and your villa was perfect. There was so much space, and great comfort. A real home from home with the addition of a fantastic pool and spa(heaven!). It was in a great location, not too close, and not too far away from all the action, with plenty of eateries and shops nearby. The Christmas decorations, New year card and welcome basket were great touches, they made it even more special. My family and I would definatly recommend to anyone visiting the central Florida area. I booked your villa because I thought the website was good, your communication was great, and I was not dissappointed with the villa. Thank you very much for everything.

What a lovely villa, after staying at 3 other villas on previous holidays I can honestly say that Dreamy Corner has been the best. We are a party of 10 and found the villa spacious, well maintained and clean. The owners were extremely helpful and the maintenance company efficient on the one occasion we needed to contact them. I can't believe our holiday is over. If we return to Florida in the future then I will book Dreamy Corner again.
