Our lovely detached villa is situated in an ideal location, only about a 10 minute drive to Disney and a short drive to all the other major attractions. Just a few minutes away is the "192" which is full of restaurants, entertainments & shops where you can ("Shop till you drop!!) The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and very nicely furnished.
All the bedrooms have cable TV and a new games room has been installed with Air-Hockey, Football, Pool, & Fooseball tables. It has a full size pool with plenty of comfortable patio furniture so that you can enjoy those AlFresco meals by your very own pool (PARADISE FOUND !!)
Almost within walking distance you have a large supermarket, post office and a newly opened Walmarts Superstore, where you can buy almost anything at bargain prices.
A perfect location to visit all those wonderful places that Florida has an abundance of. So you have most things right on your own doorstep, how convenient is that!

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
A holiday in Florida is "paradise found" with it's glorious sundrenched beaches and golden sands, plus all the fantastic theme parks, shops and fabulous restaurants, with menu's to suit every palate and pocket. Perfect for a holiday, as it is summer nearly every day of the year.
So much to see and do, you will be spoilt for choice. There is also plenty of night life if you still have the energy after a full day at one of the many theme parks.
Church Street Station has a wonderful choice of themed bars with entertainments, well worth a visit. Then there is Pleasure Island, where it is New Years Eve, every night of the year!!!
Clermont, Orlando / Clear Creek area
Only minutes from a supermarket, post office and new Walmarts Superstore , where you will find all those bargains that you really must take home!! Close by, the "192" has loads to offer, with restaurants, all kinds of entertainments such as crazy golf and shops galore.
Also "Old Town" which has a classic car parade every Saturday & Friday evening, a really not to be missed event, so don't forget your camera & camcorder. plus plenty of entertainments and quaint shops. (Not forgetting the Bungie Jumping if you are felling very brave!!!
There are so many wonderful theme parks,& entertainments such as Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Cypress Gardens Silver Springs, Busch Gardens, Pleasure Island, Church St Station, Kennady Space Centre. Many water parks, beaches and world class golf courses. Not forgetting the exciting Air-boat , hot air balloon and helicopter rides.
How to get there
We are only about a 35 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and an hour from Sanford International Airport. Many major companies such as Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Thomson , Airtours etc fly into these airports. Rental cars, such as Dollar, Alamo and National are based on the airport which makes it easier to collect your car when you arrive. It can be a good idea to book a car with Satellite Navigation, just to make life a little easier!!

Further details indoors: The villa has VCR, DVD & HI-FI , plus cable TV in the family room and in all of the bedrooms. Smoke alarms are fitted throughout.
There is a wall telephone in the kitchen with free local calls. A new games room with air-hockey, football, pool & fooseball tables. Your own private screened pool with patio furniture, overlooking lawns.
We are licenced and insured and have a 24 hour management company who are available to answer all your questions, or in the unlikely event that you should require assistance during your stay All linen and towels are supplied (but not for beach use-please.)
Further details outdoors: The full size pool has a good size deck area where you will have plenty of room for sunbathing or eating round the pool. The pool is screened, which lets all the lovely sunshine and breezes through, but stops all the insects, so that you can sun bath in peace. What could be nicer, after a hard day at the parks, than a cool drink by your very own pool, over looking the lawns. There is also a BBQ if you feel like eating in.
Further details
A deposit of £100.00 is required for each week booked. This is non refundable but will be deducted from the balance when paid. On arrival credit card details will be taken to be held just in case of any damage which may occur during your stay in the villa.
The balance of payment is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, with a choice of payment methods.
Any cancellations must be in writing and subject to the following charges. Less than 2 months' notice - 50% of rental cost. Less than 1 months' notice - 100% of rental cost. The deposit is non-refundable.
As the property has a swimming pool, the owners and owners' agents do not accept any liability for injuries howsoever caused from the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested that children should be supervised at all times and guests are advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance.
Conditions
No pets ,or smoking inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the patio. Pool heating is an optional extra at £70.00 per week.
Groups who are under 21 years of age are not accepted.
