About the home

Based in the Eagleridge community in the Four Corners area, our luxury villa has 4 bedrooms comprising of 2 King Master Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathrooms and 2 Twin Bedrooms. A Family Bathroom is ideally positioned between the Twin Bedrooms for easy access. Open plan lounge, kitchen diner and hallway complete the villa.

From the front door to the pool entrance patio, the kitchen-diner, lounge and hallway are open plan giving a feeling of great space. All the windows throughout the house benefit from attractive plantation-style shutters in dark mahogany to keep out the heat, and the light if needed.

The newly renovated kitchen includes Italian granite worktops, Hans Grohe taps and rustic style tiling. To give you complete freedom to cook, the appliances include a double American style fridge-freezer with ice machine and water dispenser, a full sized range cooker with induction hob unit, microwave and full sized dishwasher. Sundry appliances are of course provided including Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine. There are place settings for 10 guests including plates, dishes and cutlery and plenty of serving dishes and bowls. The kitchen is well equipped with chopping boards, roasting trays, chefs' knives and a full complement of cooking utensils. If you are fortunate enough to be our guest for Thanksgiving or Christmas; or simply a special meal, you will find everything you need to cook properly.

The dining aspect of the kitchen includes a hard wood table and chairs to seat 6; provided from luxury furniture store, Havertys. A further 3 places are available at the breakfast bar, on bar stool style seating. A highchair for infants is also provided at no extra cost.

The lounge area includes a 3 to 4 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and single armchair, a cosy rug and well placed coffee table. The area is well lit with LED downlighting, table lamp and free standing lamp to create the exact ambience you require. Entertainment is well catered for with a new 42inch LCD TV. Also included is a media player for Blu-ray, DVD and internet content like YouTube. For music and radio, the audio system with iPod dock handles the job perfectly.

Both master bedrooms benefit from an American King Sized bed (European Superking), chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lamp, walk-in closet with plenty of hangers; and extensive Ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled in rustic style and includes a walking shower and full sized bath as well as toilet and basin. Additional lighting has been positioned over the mirrors to make life easier if applying makeup, shaving or drying hair. Each master bedroom includes a foldaway cot which is conveniently stored in the closet when not required. Flatscreen TVs with local channels are installed in both master bedrooms. Each twin bedroom contains 2 single beds with bedside cabinet and lamp. Both twin bedrooms contain a Flatscreen TV with local channels and in one of the bedrooms a closet and chest of drawers. Conveniently located in between each twin bedroom, the family bathroom contains walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

To the rear of the property is the well maintained and tidy pool and patio area. The entire area is enclosed in a protective screen to stop insects entering. This does not affect sun tanning. A shaded nook is directly outside the patio with a table and chairs to seat 4. Further out towards the pool, there are 6 sun loungers. Extra fold away chairs can be found in the garage for use when needed. The pool is a generous size and easily big enough for around 16 relaxing guests. The area surrounding the pool is very clean and tidy with simple landscaped trees and to the right of the pool screen area, is a convenient paved patio with large charcoal BBQ. We can arrange rental of a gas BBQ if required.

Pool heat is available at a modest cost should it be required at cooler times of the year.
There are very few villas in the Orlando area which are completed to this standard. The materials used, and equipment installed easily exceed many 5 star hotel rooms. This is truly a unique villa in which to spend your precious time in Orlando.

You are completely connected in the villa with a 10m/bit broadband connection with strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. You may wirelessly connect as many devices as you require. A hybrid cordless phone is provided with a local line for free calls to US landlines and mobiles. You may also log into the phone using your Skype details to make and receive calls without a PC.

If you need a PC, A computer desk and 2 chairs, with touch screen internet-connected PC is available in the hall for your use to help you plan your vacation, find directions and get phone numbers. Questionable content is of course filtered on this PC, to protect minors. The provided PC allows web browsing, chatting on MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, games; and free voice and video calls via Skype. Wireless internet is unfiltered.

The villa is conveniently located within 10 mins walking distance of a Publix supermarket, pharmacy, take-away food and other retail outlets.

In the event of anything going wrong during your stay, all guests have direct access to a property manager and in the event of an emergency a 24 hour help line is available. Property managers are conveniently positioned within 10 mins drive of the villa.

Swimming pool heat is provided at a charge of $10 / day to cover electricity costs. Heat may not be required in the months of June - August. Pool heating may be inadequate in the months of Dec - Feb.

Conditions

Bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure you have cancellation cover on your holiday insurance.

10% of rental amount non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. We will hold dates for 7 days to allow funds to be received.

100% of rental amount is required strictly 8 weeks prior to check in date. In the event that the remainder of rental amount is not received, the dates will be released for new bookings.

Strictly no smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted outside the pool screen.

The property does not officially conform to ADA wheelchair access criteria but it is reasonably well suited to wheelchair users. There is some limitation in the bathrooms, please contact us for more specific information.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The Central Florida (or CFL) region is one of the most visited locations in the USA. An all-year-round warm climate and multitude of diverse attractions including the world famous Disneyworld and Universal theme parks, make the Central Florida area attractive to visitors of all ages. A relatively short drive to either coast gives convenient access to the beautiful gulf beaches of Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa; or on the other side, the big waves of the Atlantic at Cocoa beach; and of course, Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral. There are many attractions in the Orlando area including many water parks, places to see and interact with animals including alligators, and the big thrill adrenaline rides.

Central Florida hospitality is legendary with a plethora of restaurants catering from fast food to award winning cuisine; and everywhere in between.

There is a great variety of nightlife to hand from Disney and Universal’s own offerings, to the Über-cool bar and club scene of downtown Orlando.

Excellent shopping is nearby in a variety of malls including the vast Florida Mall, and the upscale Mall at Millennia. There are also large outlet villages for absolute bargains. Clothing and electronics are notably cheaper in the USA than in Europe and some stores even offer a further 10% discount upon production of foreign ID. Designer trainers, MP3 players and cameras are frequently bought by foreign visitors to the USA.

The Clermont, Orlando area

The Four Corners area attracted its name in recent years due to its exact location at the crossroads of the four counties of Lake, Polk, Osceola and Orange. It is ideally located for visiting Disney where the Google directions journey time is 26 mins. Easy access to I-4 interstate freeway allows a quick journey time of one hour to Tampa and 90 mins to the Space Coast. International drive is a 20 mins drive away. For the more adventurous, Miami is less than 4 hours’ drive.

South Lake County has a rich history of citrus farming and there are still vast areas of orange trees which produce a beautiful smell at certain times of year. Some of the orange groves allow customers to pick their own oranges. Nearby Lake Louisa State Park offers good access for rambling and exploring and is best suited to cooler days. Journey time is only 10 mins by car.

From Hwy 27 down and round the corner towards Disneyworld, there are many options for eating and drinking. Recognisable international chains such as Chili’s and Denny’s are present for convenience comfort food while a number of higher end American establishments have been opening up offering high quality steaks and specialist seafood. The area has had a recent addition of late night bars including Orlando Ale House.

Stocking the larder is simple with a variety of supermarkets available. A more upscale range of products are available at the nearby Publix supermarket while great value shopping is available in the Walmart Supercenter only 5 mins drive away. Sweetbay supermarket also offers excellent food and supplies in a nice shopping environment.

We are ideally located for the National Training Center (NTC) in Clermont and welcome visitors supporting and competing in college Spring Games and other sporting and athletic activites and training held there every year.

Orlando International and Sanford Airport have multiple routes to the UK and Europe as well as lots of US domestic connections.

Central Florida requires a car. We strongly recommend to any guest to hire a car. You will be very isolated without the ability to drive. Florida gets incredibly warm and humid at certain times of year and a simple 20 mins walk in 38 degree heat can completely drain you.

Although public transport by bus is available, Florida is not a part of the USA to benefit from a viable alternative to driving.

“Amazing House” This is a wonderful house to stay at if you are visiting the Orlando area. The house is "very" well kept, all updated amenities, clean, and comfortable. It is 5 minutes away from Walmart and a few resturants, as well as, 15 to 20 minutes away from the major attractions and even better resturants. A great place to come home too after a long day. Nice private, fenced in, pool area too! Highly recommend, I know we will be back.

“The Perfect Vacation Home When in the Orlando Area” Wow! This beautiful home was everything my family had hoped for and much more. The rooms and décor look like something right out of a magazine – even more impressive than the website photos. From the very comfortable king size beds in the two master bedrooms to the three luxurious bathrooms, to the modern appliances, this villa offers a great vacation place to stay when in the greater Orlando area. Well situated off of State Road 27 (north of I-4), it's less than 20 minutes to Disney or the National Training Center in Clermont where my daughter was playing spring college softball games. Owner Jamie Lupton makes sure you have everything you need – he met us upon arrival – and either he or the management company are only a phone call away. The house is very clean, quiet, and private, both inside with the well laid out rooms, and outside with the fenced-in backyard and refreshing pool. It was the perfect relaxing place to come home to during our busy Florida vacation, and we look forward to coming back next year. This home is a gem – you will not be disappointed!

Pool heat is provided at £15 a day. Pool heat will raise the tempature in the water by around 10 degrees above air temperature. It may not be required from July - Sept; and it may not adequately raise the temperature in Dec to Feb inclusive. Pool temperature with heat is 30 degrees C/ 85 degrees F.

Bookings less than 5 days are subject to a £50 cleaning fee.

We try to be as flexible as possible with guests booking requirements. Please contact us with your requirements. Checkout is 10am, but we are usually able to extend to Midday depending on arrival time of incoming guests.
