About the home

This Holiday Home is furnished to a high standard with 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The living accommodation is light and spacious throughout with all rooms generously proportioned. As would be expected from a high quality home there is an over sized heated Swimming Pool with separate Jacuzzi, a large Deck Area with Table, Chairs and reclining Sun Loungers & Barbecue.

For days when you need to cool down there is a covered Lanai with Ceiling Fan. The unique Florida Netting screens the pool keeping insects at bay whilst allowing the Florida Sun to penetrate freely during the day. All fresh linen and ample towels are provided. An iron, hairdryers, stair safety gate, travel cot, strollers and 2 bicycles are provided for your use.

There are 2 Master Suites which each have a King Sized Bed, TV/DVD, Hairdryer and Alarm Clock. There are walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space. The large bathrooms have walk-in showers, WC & vanity units and corner baths.

The lower Suite has the added advantage of a door to the pool area. The Queen Room on the lower level is furnished with TV and alarm clock. This room also enjoys an en-suite bathroom.

Each of the twin rooms have Twin Beds and share a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Both rooms are adjacent to the upper Master Suite for your added peace of mind if you have younger children. The Disney themed room has a children's toy-box and stair safety gate.

The Family Room has ample comfortable seating with the larger sofa converting into a Queen sized Bed (if required). There is a large screen TV with numerous cable channels, DVD player, Music Centre and PlayStation2.

The Games Room has a soft tipped electronic Dartboard, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Music Centre. There are also 2 Bicycles.

Further details outdoors:
The Heated Pool is larger than average at 30ft long x 15ft wide. The Jacuzzi may be heated quickly and separately from the Pool. The Deck Area is also oversized allowing plenty of space for 4 reclining Sun Loungers, small Drinks Table, Barbeque, Patio Table and Rocking Chairs.

Pool toys and a small life vest can be found in the Games Room.

Or maybe you fancy wrestling the alligators? Visit Gatorland and Sea World for an unforgettable day out.

The Clermont, Orlando / Silver Creek Clermont area

Kissimmee (especially the old town) has some character of its own. I suggest you allow some time to explore the area. You are only yards from the '192', a typical US highway that cuts through the suburbs. On both sides you will see dozens of places to eat as well as chemists (drug stores), supermarkets, souvenir shops, banks etc.

Disney Magic Kingdom, Animal World, MGM Studios, EPCOT, Universal Studios, all the water parks including Wet & Wild, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Cape Kennedy, Gulf Coast, Bush Gardens, Sea World, the list is endless.

Fly into either Orlando International or Sanford airport, either is only a short drive away. Spoilt for choice as to which airline to use from most places in the world. I suggest you go to expedia.co.uk and seek out the cheapest option but we regularly fly with Virgin direct from Manchester (UK) for £300 or less - dependent on season of course.

As for car hire, ask us and we can provide you with a very competitive price for any sized car.

Don't want to drive? No problem we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken directly to the villa. You could be in the pool 30 minutes after touchdown!

Finding the place? It is easy to find but in any case I will send you detailed instructions as to how to find the villa, also how to get from there to the various parks etc. This is one of the best locations possible to give you easy access to all the resorts.
