The villa benefits from upgraded furniture and décor throughout. From padded pool furniture to the best linens on the beds there are many extra touches to make this villa home from home.
The Bedrooms
The Master Suite is the only bedroom situated on the ground floor for extra privacy. The suite also benefits from en- suite bathroom with separate shower, WC, full bath and vanity unit. There is also a huge walk –in closet ( almost another room in itself! ) with acres of hanging space.
Upstairs we have 3 more bedrooms – 1 Queen Sized Bed, 1 Double Sized Bed and 2 Twin Beds in the Twin Room.
Queen Sized Bedroom looks over the pool and landscaping and also benefits from a Cable TV, built in wardrobes, Clock Radio and ceiling fans for extra coolness.
The double sized bedroom is a bright and airy bedroom with built-in wardrobes, lots of storage space, Clock Radio and ceiling fans.
The Twin room has 2 single beds with Disney-themed décor for the children. However for all adult parties we can also change the décor back to more subtle colours!
There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a shower over a full size bath, WC and vanity unit. Again, lots of storage space.
The Pool Area
What can we say ,just the perfect spot to sunbathe, relax, swim and soak up the Florida sun. Surrounded by landscaped gardens to three sides and not directly overlooked by other villas, the pool area is South facing so you are guaranteed all day sun, and as the sun sets you can switch on the underwater pool lights for a spectacular setting for drinks.
The Jacuzzi Spa is a real treat! At no extra charge ( apart from heating ) you can flick the switch and enjoy the invigorating bubbles and jets…wonderful.
We also have a waterfall in the corner of the pool which provides a beautiful effect all day long.
Padded Loungers and Chairs, a huge Lanai area for al-fresco dining….luxury living at its best!
Games Room
Just what the children ( and some adults!) need to keep them occupied. We have converted the garage into a Games Room providing you with a Full Size Professional Pool Table, incl cues, chalks, balls and sets. Plus we have added a full size Darts Board. Perfect for children – of all ages!
Inside the Villa
Huge lounge area with Floridian style cathedral ceilings, just gives such an airy and open feeling to the villa. With over 2000sq meters of space we can accommodate up to 10 people without feeling cramped.
Fully equipped kitchen to keep even the fussiest of chefs happy. We have a microwave, dishwasher, ice machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all utensils and crockery. We have even provided pool-safe crockery for al-fresco dining.
All linens, towels and kitchen equipment is provided, just pack your toothbrush!
Cable TV with over 200 channels to choose from on 3 TV’s
DVD/CD player.
BroadBand Internet access provided. Just bring your laptop to keep in touch with the outside world.
FREE telephone calls to US & Canada
Guest Library, no need to weigh down your bags with books. We have plenty to choose from.
Other Services
For guest peace of mind our local management company offer 24 hour support and assistance. Their details are in the villa next to the telephone.
For ease of check in, we have a lock box with keys at the front of the house. Once your balance is paid we will issue you with directions and codes so you are free to drive staright to the villa on arrival.
We accept credit cards as security deposits, keeping the cash in your pocket.

Silver Creek is the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. With a huge Wal Mart, Banks, Chemists and Pizza Delivery nearby you will not have to wander far from fresh delicious Floridian food!
The quiet and peaceful community of Silver Creek is located in a centre of natural woodland ponds and small lakes.
The entrance to the community is via Woodcrest Way which comes off Highway 27 just one mile north of the junction with the famous 192, which forms the main artery of the tourist community in the Orlando / Kissimmee area, making it an extremely convenient location.
Although just a short distance from Highway 27, the community is so quiet and peaceful you could believe you were in a different world altogether.

Conditions
A £100 booking deposit will secure your reservation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
The keys to the property are kept in a lock box at the front of the house, leaving you free to drive straight to the villa on arrival.
We have a management company who are available 24/7 if you need any assistance.

The Clermont, Orlando / Silver Creek Clermont area
Silver Creek.
The community itself consists of 108 beautifully appointed homes of different shapes and sizes. All gardens and landscaped areas are maintained by the local Home Owners Association to the highest of standards, ensuring pristine surroundings whatever the time of year.
There are walkways all around the community for walking or cycling, as well as paths around the local wooded areas. Around the many lakes and ponds surrounding the community, lots of wildlife can be seen, especially in the spring, including families of Herons, Egrets, Turtles, and our famous family of Sandhill Cranes which can often be seen walking along on the sidewalk and around the pool areas. Fishing is available in the many lakes in the area with species such as Bass and Catfish in plentiful supply.
For families with smaller children there is a brand new playground and landscaped seating area near the middle the community.

Perfect Is The Only Thing That Describes Disney Luxury

I am very surprised people even bother staying in hotels anymore with houses like Disney Luxury available at the same or better cost. This house has it all, 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms (the master bathroom is unbelievable) - private pool and hot tub - full kitchen - game room with full size pool table - great living area and dining area & (drum roll please) ELBOW ROOM. The house is huge and clean and perfect. Tricia was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. I would recommend this house to anyone. The location is also perfect, you can be anywhere fast. The Santa Fe restaurant at the entrance of the resort is also awesome. Thank you Tricia, we had a wonderful time and I will recommend your house to anyone that is planning their Disney or Orlando Golf Vacation. Thanks Tricia!

Hello;
We've just arrived back to Canada after our week's stay at this beautiful villa! The description we read of the villa online was completely accurate; all the amenities you would have in your own home. It was so clean when we arrived that all we had to do was unpack and relax.
We were able to purchase our essentials (milk, bread, etc) at a WalMart Superstore that was conveniently located just down the road. The pool area was beautiful! Both pool and jacuzzi were 'over-used' by my family. The owner and I had many conversations prior to our booking the property, after the booking and since our return from our vacation. She was so helpful with all my questions and/or concerns. We've already mentioned to family and friends that they should consider renting the villa for their next vacation!!!
As mentioned, a supermarket was located very close to the property (one intersection away). A gas station and convenience store is just up the street also. We dined at the Santa Fe restaurant at the gates to the neighbourhood and really enjoyed our meal there. And it was very affordable for my family of 4. We visited Universal Studios for 2 days. The drive there was so easy and only about 20 minutes away from the house. We traveled to the Florida Mall which is in the same vacinity of Universal Studios. And one day we traveled to Cocoa Beach and enjoyed the ocean!!
If you are considering to rent this villa, go for it!!! You will not be disappointed!!"

The villa management and home owner were excellent at making sure everything was perfect. The home was HUGE, and there being only three of us meant my daughter had the whole top floor to herself. The pool was small, but being in the sun all day meant that it stayed warm. In 10 yrs of holidaying in Orlando, I can honestly say I have never had a warmer pool. The villa location was excellent for the new Walmart, and also the various eateries on the 27 (including our favourite - Chilis!). We didn't have any problem getting to the parks each day, the 192 was not subject to any roadworks, so by using the 192 and then the Western Beltway we were at the MK car park within 15 minutes of leaving the villa. By using Black Lake Road and Sherberth Road, you can be at the Animal Kingdom in about 12 minutes. (All travel times are providing that the traffic lights are with you!) The villa was well equipped and homely, and I would stay there again. :-)
