Home description
This home offers the perfect sanctuary after a visit to any of Orlando's theme parks. You can relax by the pool or in the spa which is in the shape of mickey's head. The children have plenty to do. There is an impressive games room with sony playstation, all bedrooms have there own cable tv and either dvd or video players. There is a community soccer pitch, tennis court, basketball court and playground all within a 3 minute walk. The neighbourhood has many orange trees which adds to the attractiveness of the area. Guests can pick the oranges when in season. Lake Louisa a state national park is only a 5 minute drive away offering nature walks, swimming & fishing. Lake County where the house is situated has over 1000 lakes.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is the sunshine state. The average temperature throughout the year is 70 degrees farenheit. It boasts the largest collection of theme parks in the world. The native indians are proud of their heritage and are still the only indian tribe who have not signed the peace treaty with the government. The Everglades are a fantastic place to observe nature and wildlife.
Clermont, Orlando area
Orangetree is an estate on the US highway 27. There are 3 large supermarkets within easy reach including a Walmart Supercentre. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets nearby. It is within 20 minutes of Disneyworld. 30 minutes away is Seaworld home of Shamu the largest killer whale in captivity and their latest park Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins. Their new water park Aquatica is also 30 minutes away .30-40 minutes away is Universal Sudios and Islands of Adventure. Large designer shopping outlets are available with most items cheaper than anywhere else. Lake Louisa State Park is only 10 minutes away on Highway 27 where you can fish, swim ride or canoe.

Further details indoors: The house has everything to make your stay pleasurable. The pool and the games room are the children's favourites.
Further details outdoors: There is a large patio area beside the pool with 4 sunloungers . The pool deck is west facing and attracts the sun all day. There is a covered area of the patio with a table and 6 chairs for eating outside and an outdor BBQ. The whole pool deck has a covered screen to keep out insects and has 6ft high white vinyl fence to give you that extra privacy. There is also a pool safety fence to give you peace of mind if you have young children. The safety fence can be removed when you arrive if required

We have a management company looking after the house. If you require any assistance when you are there they are only a free phonecall away. There is a welcome book with information and numbers you may find of interest.
