About the home

Welcome to our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom privately owned villa. We hope you like the look of our "home-from-home" holiday home in the sunshine state of Florida. It was built as part of the first phase of the “Silver Creek” development in Clermont Florida. It has a screened pool & spa to the rear of the property. It is located 12 mins drive from Walt Disney World main gate.

There are two master bedrooms, both with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, a further full size bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with ample closet space, sleeping up to ten guests. Ideal for a large family, or two families sharing. A lanai off the main 12ft 9in x 28ft living and dining area leads to your own private pool with relaxing spa.

LOUNGE
The living area has reclining chairs, a huge sofa bed incase you need an extra bed. We have recently installed a 42" LCD TV which is connected to a blue ray DVD player. A great area for relaxing in while watching a movie after a day at the parks.

GAMES ROOM
A pool table and air hockey table has been put in to the garage to create a games room for your convenience.

KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including top of the range Maytag appliances, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, washer, dryer, microwave, electric flass-tio range, dishwasher and garbage disposal unit in the sink. Includes a breakfast bar and separate dining area, or enjoy a snack by the pool.

MASTER BEDROOM 1
With queen-size bed leading into a en suite bathroom with double walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet.

MASTER BEDROOM 2
With queen-size bed leading into a en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet.

BEDROOM 3
With full size bed at the back of the villa sharing the third bathroom which is also handy for a quick shower when coming in from the pool.

BEDROOMS 4 & 5
With twin beds sharing the third bathroom.

LANAI AREA
With overhead fan and door leading to bathroom with shower. There is a black protective pool safety barrier that is not shown in the picture.

POOL & SPA AREA
With cover to help maintain temperature of pool in cooler months, also two sun loungers, a 2 seater plastic chair, table and four chairs for relaxing by the pool after a day of excitement and sightseeing. The spa is not heatable independently but can be heated along with the pool during the cooler winter months for an additional fee.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable stay.

We also cater for babies & toddlers, a highchair, travel cot & stroller have been put in the villa for you to use during your stay.

A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience.

Please note this is a NO SMOKING property.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required when you make your booking & the remaining balance is required 2 months before your departure.

The Clermont, Orlando / Silver Creek Clermont area

Silver Creek is a tranquil and picturesque community situated off Highway 27, over a mile away from the noise and bustle of the main road. It is approached through the quiet residential area of Clear Creek.

Silver Creek is ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be surrounded by the solitude of conservation land, lakes, and wildlife. The area is perfect for the fishing enthusiast.

Silver Creek is only a short drive away from Disney, the other main parks being a little further away. The Atlantic and Gulf coasts are within 1½ hours.

We can remove this worry by arranging for our management company to collect you and your guests at the airport and have you chauffeured straight to your home.

We have a large extended family. We have vacationed the past two years in Contempo Homes. They are always kept well and located in great neighborhoods. All are convenient to Orlando attraction. This one is a little furher out then Town Centre Home area but still easily accessible to Disney World attractions. One hint: On garbage days when you are told to place garbage at the CURB they really mean the edge of the CURB not by sidewalk or you will be chasing the garbage truck.

i enjoyed my stay. i felt like i was at home. my family would like to make this our vacation spot every year. the home is clean and cozy. i have recommend the home to friends and family.the environment is therapeutic, safe and welcoming.

Pool & spa heating is available at a cost of £80/$160 per week. Heating is recommended in the months between October – May since the general temperature can be relatively cooler at that time.

Please note that any bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50/$95 payable with the final booking payment.
