A unique, two bedroom self-catering cottage with unrivaled views across the Brown Clee toward the Stretton Hills and Wales. Whilst the cottage is attached to the owners home it has quite separate entrance and parking area. The House is set in six acres of gardens and grounds with free access for children to play or adults to sit and enjoy the views across the Brown Clee Hills 'area of outstanding natural beauty. ' It's a heavenly location for walkers with gates from the rear of the property leading directly onto the hill; it is just 30 minutes walk (up) to reach the summit of the Brown Clee, which is the highest point in Shropshire at 541m. The cottage is spacious but cosy and comfortable with an open fire for winter stays in the main reception. There is a conservatory to relax and enjoy the views across the Welsh hills on cooler days, or sit on the garden terrace and enjoy the ever changing sunsets.
From this peaceful and relaxing location you will be in easy reach of the beautiful towns of Ludlow,Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Shrewsbury and Ironbridge. Ludlow famous for its castle and food festivals,Bridgnorth with a furnicular railway to transport you between its upper and lower towns and the steam railway on which you can travel through Shropshire countryside alongside the winding River Severn to the lovely old town of Bewdley. IronbridgeGorge is famous for it fascinating working museums and riverside pubs and cafes and little boutique shops for souvenir ngift shopping. Slightly further afield is the historic county town of Shrewsbury excellent for shopping and site-seeing.
