Travertine tiled stairs lead up to the perimeter porch and beveled glass doors that open to a breathtaking entry foyer with dual hand-made Brazilian cherry wood spiral staircases, Italian marble floors with French marble inlay and custom chandelier. Imported Cherry wood floors invite guests through the remainder of the main residence.

It is full of restaurants, shopping plazas, water activities, entertainment and much more. It i sperfect for faimly vacations, please bring your kids to Pier 60. Pier 60 always offers activitities for kids and families, a block away from Pier 60 are 7 tennis courts, water park and a state park.

Tampa Busch Gardens
Tampa hosts one of Anheuser-Busch's best theme parks. Just a short 30 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or 40 minute drive from Anna Maria Island, it is best to visit on a weekday to avoid the largest crowds
Clearwater Family Aquatic Centre
Clearwater Family Aquatic Centre, a terrific new public facility with a great pool and tennis courts, is across the street from the Bay Esplanade house and a short walk to the other houses. Even if you rent a house with a private pool, you will not want to miss this fun activity with the small children in your party. CLICK HERE for more information. Walt Disney World Walt Disney World is just a 90 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or 90 minute drive from Anna Maria Island, it is best to visit on a weekday to avoid the largest crowds.
Brand New Public Tennis Facility
The Clearwater Aquatic Centre on Bay Esplanade includes an amazing huge public pool with a sloped entry, slides and swimming lanes. Brand new tennis courts are also open to the public year-round.
Splitsville & the Florida Aquarium
Great rainy day activities and a trip to the nearby Florida Aquarium is located in the Channelside area. These two activities are winners when the weather turns sour. L located next to each other a short 20 minute ride from the beach. Best to go on a weekday but not too crowed on the weekends. A giant pin and bowling ball mark the entrance to Splitsville. Great to bring kids during the day and early evening. Mostly a bar for singles or groups at night. The 12-lane, $10-million centre with an exclusive VIP party.
Clearwater Jazz Festival
Every October, Clearwater presents some of the best jazz music live at Coachman Park. Check back soon for more information about this year's line up. The weekend of October 19 is the date in 2006.
Bottle nosed dolphins
Clearwater is home to an abundance of bottle nosed dolphins. They are everywhere and easy to see any day of the year. Go on a touristy boat ride like the Dolphin Encounter 727-442-7433 or just walk to the end of the Pier 60 at sunset or sunrise.

Two large bedrooms with full baths and a small laundry area downstairs off the kitchen area are perfect for accommodating guests, live in assistants, or those preferring first story living. However, an elevator is installed to make second story living no more of a challenge.
The second story landing provides a cozy seating area or vantage point to the festivities down in the Great room. A four hundred square foot men’s retreat with a fireplace and full service bar has more than ample unobstructed room for a full size billiards or pool table. The second floor also boasts three large bedrooms, each with a full bath. One of these is the oversized Master Suite with bay windows and sitting area, two hundred and fifty square foot walk-in closet and two hundred and fifty square foot Master Bath / Salon. A Full size laundry room on the second floor completes the family quarters.
A steel spiral staircase leads to the five hundred square foot third floor Sunset Party room with wet bar and half bath. This utility room has a three hundred sixty degree panoramic view of the Gulf, coastal area and city. Its variety of uses is limited only by imagination
