Home description
The Sea House is divided into two levels, with the main living area located on the top floor and a large recreation room and bar area on the lower level overlooking the swimming pool. The main living level is comprised of an open living room and dining room area, a newly renovated and fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator) and work island, a small breakfast nook overlooking a deck, and a spacious family room with fireplace and deck. The three bedrooms are located off a hallway from the family room. The master bedroom features a full-size bed and a freshly renovated, attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The second and third bedrooms share a renovated bathroom with a shower/bathtub. There is a third full bathroom on the lower level which could be used by the occupants of either the second or third bedroom for privacy.
The downstairs recreation area has comfortable seating, a convenient bar area, and lush views of the front and back garden areas. A full bathroom with walk-in shower off of the recreation room is the perfect pool bath for swimmers, or can double as a dedicated bathroom for the guests of either the second or third bedroom upstairs.
The Sea House features WiFi for internet connections and cable televisions in the family room, master bedroom and downstairs recreation room. The villa has a 2-car garage. A high-chair and Pack-n-Play/crib for infant/toddler are also available upon request.
