Our Banana Breeze vacation home is part of a family friendly 7 Condo Resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel by the Sea Church, on Clearwater Beach Island. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with 2 new heated pools, surrounded by palm trees. We are 2 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening. These vacation cottages are privately owned and managed. Also available is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 bedroom 1. Check out our photos, it is all very clean and tropical to put you in the latitude.

How to get there

Fly direct from UK to Tampa, or Orlando.
We are 19 miles west of Tampa International Airport. A short drive and you will be in our Condo Resort on Clearwater Beach. You can take an Airport Super Shuttle if you do not rent a car.

We have two heated swimming pools outside, all tropically landscaped with coconut palms. Plenty of room for sunning by the pools, reading in the shade of a palm tree. Grills, outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, are provided for our guests. This is your tropical oasis on Clearwater Beach.

Clearwater Recreation Centre is located at the end of our street - olympic lap pool, with open swimming and water slides; tennis courts, basketball courts, fishing area, boat slip, indoor fitness room, library with computers.
We are wealking distance to everything, no need to rent a car.

Conditions

We typically rent weekly Saturday to Saturday but have flexibility during the fall months.
Six other cottages also available at this location.
Monthly, in addition to weekly, rental periods available.

My family and I just returned from a fabulous vacation at Clearwater Beach where we stayed at Max and Teresa Radford's vacation homes. We found the condo very clean and well kept-up with plenty of beds for our family. The place was totally furnished and all we needed was groceries. We had a great time with the beach just a couple of minutes away. But the kids admitted that they liked Max and Teresa's lovely pools better than the beach. We visited several other beaches while in Florida, and we found the one by our condo to be the very best with beautiful and clean white sand. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay at their place again.
