Nearby attractions include Mindarie Marina with its Restaurants & Bars.

Ocean Keys shopping centre for all your local produce.

Claytons Beach is a 2 minute drive if you are into surfing or bodyboarding or the stunning Quinns beach is a 5 minute drive where you can relax & soak up the rays before watching a spectacular Indian Ocean sunset.

Clarkson train station is a short stroll away where you can catch the train into Perth City in 30 mins or continue on down to Mandurah.

A 30 minute drive away is Swan Valley where you can sample an abundance of fine dining restaurants & wine tasting.

If you are thinking of migrating to Perth then Mindarie/Clarkson are excellent areas to live with great transport links & plenty of good schools close by.

The owners will be more than happy to offer any advice on migrating to Perth as they migrated themselves 5 years ago.

"Great place to stay."

Lovely clean home with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Only a short drive to beaches, train station and shopping centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate recommendi… More

"Great base for our trip to Perth"

Great service from the couple who own this property. They were very friendly and emails were answered promptly. Good location for our needs, very close to some lovely beaches and amenities. Ocean keys shopping mall just 5 minutes away. House very clean and tidy and was easy to maintain during our stay. Three good sized bedrooms perfect for our family of four. Nice outside space too for relaxing in the evenings. TV and DVD player available, I do think Internet/Wifi would be beneficial though, but we coped!! Would definitely stay at this property again, had a lovely time.
