Just south of the Borgo house you can visit the vineyards of the Morellino di Scansano and travelling west takes you to the region that produces the Monteregio di Massa Marittima wine. Both are local wines of excellent quality.
In addition to the excellent wines to be found in the area surrounding of the House, many different local food products are produced. Pienza is famous for its cheese, and Monte Amiata and the many olive groves of the Upper Maremma produce olive oil of exceptional quality.
