From the grounds of the villa there are steps leading down to the sandy beach which forms part of the idyllic Cove at Cala n Forcat. This wonderful detached villa has seen significant investment over the winter months to turn it in to a modern, contemporary and high quality villa. Situated near the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa benefits from foot access along the side of the villa directly on to the Cala Forcat Cove beach. Professional photos coming soon!
You enter the villa from patio doors off the terrace in to a bright spacious living area with separate dining space. Sunken downlighters and large picture windows complete the modern feel of the villa. The newly fitting kitchen with large windows can not fail to impress and is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob. The villa also has a washing machine installed. In addition to the living area there is a master double bedroom and three twin bedrooms along with newly fitted bathroom and a full shower room. The villas is well equipped and benefits from air conditioning throughout. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV with some English channels, DVD Player and music system.

Outside there is a large swimming pool with Roman steps and pool side shower. The villa and pool is surrounded by mature gardens with spacious terraces, beautiful brick built barbeque and alfresco dining area sitting under the mature pine trees offering cool shade in the heat of the day. There is off road parking available with traditional wooden gates.

The Ciutadella de Menorca area
Cala’n Forcat is a lively resort where there are plenty of restaurants, shops bars and entertainment. The whole area around Cala‘n Forcat is new and has been built and improved from the 1980’s. The resort has been joined together with Cala’n Blanes and Cala’n Brut to form the Los Delfines area.
The beaches in Cala’n Forcat are small coves along the rugged coastline, two of them to the north of the resort, accessed by steps, so not ideal for elderly or disabled. One of the beaches to the north has a diving centre there. There is another one to the south of the resort, having diving boards and platforms into the sea.
There is a mini train that runs from the resort to this beach every half hour.
Cala’n Forcat is one of Menorca’s liveliest resorts, there are numerous bars, discos, karaoke’s and small night clubs, that all open up in the night and take you through to the early hours of the morning. There are themed bars and English/Irish pubs and many nights of live entertainment
