This is our second home and we have include good quality furniture together with a comprehensive range of fixtures and fittings to make your stay a comfortable home from home. The apartment is situated at high up a valley side with superb views over the excellent golf course on a quiet road comprising 20 similar properties.
During the summer months Quesada is a thriving town with easily reached attractions, water parks and beaches for all the family. Out of season an excellent location for golf, cycling and walking.
The apartment has two good sized bedrooms with a large double bed, a bunk plus single to accommodate up to 5 people in comfort. Restaurants and shops are approx. 800 metres with plenty more a short drive away.

A good sized 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen/ diner/ lounge and roof top solarium.
The main bedroom includes queen size bed and second bedroom with large bunk bed and single making this ideal for slightly larger families. We have included a table, 4 chairs and two loungers on the roof top terrace overlooking the golf course to the front and swimming pool at the rear. The lounge patio doors face the golf course which lead onto balcony including small table and 2 chairs. Off street parking space is provided.
All linen and towels are provided, including blankets and duvets for spring and autumn visitors. An air conditioning/ heating unit is ideal for most weeks and cooling fans are fitted in the bedrooms. UK Freesat television is provided free of charge - BBC1, all ITV channels, 4 and 5 plus many others.

The communal swimming pool is situated to the rear of the property and accessed by a secure gate at the end of the road. Sun loungers are provided by the pool and ideal for children with floats and ball games permitted.

For those arriving outside usual shop opening hours a small welcome pack can be made available at €15.

Due to a slightly low roof top terrace wall we would recommend young children are supervised.

The apartment is situated a short drive South of Alicante and near the city of Elx on the Costa Blanca, the sunniest coast in Spain.
Temperatures in summer can reach 35°C (average 28°C) with a pleasant average of 15°C in the winter months. Holidays here revolve around sea, sun and sand with a measure of good food and late nights if you want.
The apartment is on La Marquesa golf, 10 minutes drive from the coast overlooking lush greens with all essential services within walking distance or a short drive. Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.
The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Buena Vista Golf IX area
The area is diverse with plenty of local activities for a lively holiday or those wishing to explore beautiful inland mountains and atmospheric towns.
Families will enjoy this ideal base with 2 local waterparks, go karting and ten-pin bowling a short drive away together with the aquarium and zoo within easy reach.
For the more adventurous, there is the theme park; Terra Mitica, and Mundomar (Benidorm), both an hours drive away, and those who like the sights, visit La Manga strip; the cultural capital, Elx, or the unspoilt islands of Tabarca, there is something for everyone.

The property is easily reached from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports served by all the major airlines:
Easyjet, Ryanair, BA, BMI Baby, Thomson Fly, First Choice and flybe.
The property is situated south of Alicante near the city of Elx and town of Rojales on the sunny Costa Blanca. A car is essential to make the most of your holiday and we have always used www.carjet.com, found them to be reliable with good quality vehicles.
The journey from either airport will take approx. 35 to 40 minutes and we will provide comprehensive route instructions prior to your visit . Taxis are also readily avaiable from the airports at a cost of about €35.
