The house offers a well equipped and comfortable stay at an affordable price, it has excellent views from the solarium of the salt lakes of Torrevieja and of the beautiful nature gardens and surrounding area.

There are supermarkets and Restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the house, Quesada town is 20 minutes walk away. the house is situated within easy reach of 2 lovely beach areas, it also hosts its own water park.

Enjoy a relaxing time in the house which has all the amenities, including a safe, will sleep up to 6 comfortably, swimming pool nearby (1 minute walk away).

Conditions

50% non returnable deposit is required to book, balance's must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure or full payment depending on time booked. There will be cancellation charges if bookings are cancelled and week(s) can not be rebooked. A Key deposit of £50 will be required, which will be refunded on return of keys, There is also a 50€ cleaning charge. Subject to terms and conditions

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Very hot climate from June to September, Torrevieja town and beach are 15 minutes away, and offer a large shopping area and promenade, with lots of local historic interests. The Costa Blanca makes the perfect holiday destination due to the great all year round weather and the numerous activities available in the area.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area

The weather and Climate in Cuidad Quesada is excellent, Cuidad Quesada is a small inland town on the Costa Blanca South and enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine each year. The world health Organisation descibes the climate of the Costa Balnca South as one of the best in the world.

There are many activities within easy reach of the house, icluding a water park in Quesada, and many golf course, there are plenty of areas for a gentle stroll or a hike if you prefer, Guardamar beach is nearby, torrevieja 20 min drive away. With plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within 5 minutes of the house or further a field 20 minutes walk away you are spolit for choice, you will find many leaflets and business cards of recommend establishments in the house. For people who enjoy fishing, there are plenty of good spots to catch a few fish!, there is a safari park near by. There is a local bus service.
