About the home

A ground floor two bedroom apartment on a small complex with a swimming pool just meter's away. The accommodation consists of a lounge / dining room an American style kitchen and one bathroom with hand basin, bidet, toilet and bath with shower over.

There is one double-bed bedroom, and one twin single bed bedroom.

Outside is a fully paved terrace area which is great for sitting out, eating breakfast or just reading a good book.

£50 non-refundable deposit at time of booking - balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. Please note booking is not confirmed until funds have been cleared.

Travel Insurance: Please ensure you take out adequate Travel insurance to cover your stay. We are not liable for any injury or damage to you or your belongings during your stay.

Breakage deposit of £75 refundable after fourteen days after your stay. (See below).

Please also have available 35 euro’s for cleaning and laundry etc – this is in addition to rental fees and is payable locally.

Conditions

Cancellation policy:
If we can re-fill your booking or you change holiday dates within the same year – A £40 administration fee is payable.
Up to 12 weeks – 35% is payable
12 to 8 weeks – 45% is payable
8 to 6 weeks – 50% is payable
Less than 6 weeks – 75% is payable
Less than 7 days – 100% is payable

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Nearby towns are the picturesque Rojales, Benijofar and Guardamar which all have vibrant street markets on certain days of the week and various street festivals at different times of the year.

A short drive away there are fabulous sandy beaches at Guardamar, Campoamor and numerous little coves along the coast. Also at Guardamar there is a fantastic new boat marina and the 1400 acre state protected forest leading up to the water’s edge. In the town there is a very helpful tourist office who will try to answer all your questions.

Torrevieja is about 15 – 20 minutes drive away with a Carrefour and Habeneras shopping centre. A great day out for shopping.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales area

Quesada has numerous international restaurants, bars, banks and shops in the High street and a super- market by the Golf course about 0.5km from the apartment. All within a few minutes away. The “Country Club” has a reasonable priced restaurant, snooker hall and various evening attractions.

Nearby there are tennis courts in the town for the energetic, also an aqua park for the children together with the 18 hole Marquesa Golf course just a few minutes away.

35 Euro’s for cleaning and laundry etc to be paid locally to our representative. ( In addition to holiday rental)

Deposit of £50 required on booking – non-refundable.

Balance of rental to be paid four weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If balance of rental is not paid prior to holiday we reserve the right to re-advertise the dates and treat the booking as cancelled.

A breakage deposit of £75 in addition to your final holiday payment is required to be held against any breakages, damage or loss of keys. This will be refunded (less any breakage/damage etc.) after fourteen days following an inspection and finish of your holiday.

There may be a charge for excessive use of air conditioning / heating. (Over a 75 units). Please ensure you turn all electric off when you leave and set alarm.
