Our holiday apartment is located in the gorgeous and friendly Ciudad Quesada, near Torreveija, Costa Blanca and has some of the best weather in Spain. 15 years of experiance renting apartments in the costa blanca..
Our apartment is built on a brand NEW 5 star complex and has security gating, 5 swimming pools, bbq areas, jacuzzi, front & back patios, exotic gardens and 5 star luxury apartment complete with english tv, en-suites and a fully fitted kitchen. This particular area of Spain is also officially the healthiest place in the world to live.
A beautifully furnished home from home will be awaiting you, with world class golf courses, blue flag beaches, delicious cuisine and amazing scenery just on your doorstep. Although set in beautiful and quiet landscaped gardens the local amenities are only a 5 min walk away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Ciudad Quesada have views of the mountains and the inland plains which are covered with orange and lemon groves filling the air with delicate aroma during the flowering seasons.
Sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging
temperatures between 12 - 19 c in winter and 24 - 38 c in summer. with an average 320 days of sunshine makes this an ideal destination all year round. The World Health Organisation rates this area of the Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest places to live in the World.
There are rural getaways in the mountains of the Serra D'Aitana and for families Benidorm is a 50 minute drive away and has the famous Terra Mitica Theme Park which is excellent. The fishing port and marina of Santa Pola has boat excursions to the island of Taberca and its underwater nature reserve. The old Spanish town of Guardamar is nearby with plenty of facilities and 11kms of Blue Flag sandy beaches and the 'Queen Sofia' Park and botanical gardens. The towns of Alicante, Elche, Murcia, La Manga and Cartengena are all accessible by car in less than 45min.
There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks and medical centres. Many bars/restaurants offer live entertainment and several have swimming pools and children's play areas. There are also many outstanding golf courses in the area including La Finca, Real Club de Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin where they have in the past held the Spanish Open.

Alicante Golf: The 6,270 metre course of par 72requires a different strategic approach to every hole and obliges players to use all clubs. Each of its very balanced legs of 3,125 metres and 3,145 metres respectively features three holes par 3, three par 4 and three par 5. It stands out for its long tees and wide fairways. as well as its beautiful park areas and its splendid lakes.
La Finca: The La Finca golf club lies in natural surroundings of great beauty and with fantastic views. Its facilities are open to those people who want to play golf in the heart of nature while being able to enjoy the beaches, sailing clubs and a host of other facilities and services just a few minutes away.
It is the newest course in the province of Alicante was opened in 2002. La Finca golf course is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, in the municipality of Algorfa, right in the heart of the Segura region. Designed to host top tournaments, La Finca golf course has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca, ranging in size from very large to very small.
In addition, the course has a reserve hole so that, in the event that one of the holes has to be closed off unexpectedly, players are still able to complete a full 18-hole round.
Several lakes with running water and reed beds along the course add beauty and difficulty to the game, and have made the course the home of a wide variety of migratory water birds, such as ducks and egrets, while the interior of the course is home to olive and palm trees, thus creating a beautiful backdrop of vegetation with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WEATHER
Weather in Murcia is very mild (& well known for it), making it an ideal destination for holiday makers in both the summer & the winter months. Murcia & its surrounding areas are in the main sheltered by hills & high mountains, allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, & as a result the region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year.
The sun is at its hottest during the summer, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Whereas the typically very mild winters, boast averages of around 18°C (64°F).
The province of Murcia is famous for its salt lakes (salt is a major export). This has a major knock on effect on humidity levels, & as a result the air is much dryer than in other parts of Spain & Europe. The low humidity levels coupled with a mild climate, mean the WHO (World Health Organisation) have rated this part of Spain one of the healthiest climates on the planet.

BEACHES
Blue flag beaches are everywhere on the Costa coastline, this mark of high quality is known across Europe, it simply means that its facilities are as good as it gets.
The town of Guardamar is a typical working Spanish town and is open all year round with numerous shops, bars etc and also a fantastic beach promenade which stretches for miles past the famous sand dune beaches up to La Marina.
Other local beaches include: Torrevieja-Guardamar-Mata-Punta Prima- Playa Flamenca- La Zenia- Cabo Roig Beaches.
Depending on your culunary tastes you will not be disappointed with the choices that will be on offer to you. Less then a 10 minute walk from the apartments are numerous shops and restaurants in the quiet local town of Quesada. If however you want something a little more lively then after a short 10 minute drive you can be in the hussle & bussle of Torrevieja.
Quesada hosts lots of quaint little shops where you can buy anything from flip flops to souveneirs of your stay. You will also find many banks, hairdressers and clothes shops if you want a rest from the sunshine for a while.
There are many typical spanish bars and restaurants for every taste including Greek, Italian, German, Chinese, American etc,...if your missing the good old english grub then there are plenty of english run establishments too.
To gather all your provisions for your stay simply walk for two minutes up to the local supermarket where you will find an internet cafe, a post office and many more popular restaurants.
Menu Del Dia For around €10 you can have a full three course meal with all your wine & beer included, just ask for the Menu Del Dia (menu of the day) and the waiting staff will be more than happy to help you.

Further details indoors: The large and comfortable living room/diner has seating for 4 people along with seating for a further 4 on the sunny front balcony looking over the landscaped gardens, palms and views.
The spacious double bedroom has been beautifully furnished to create a relaxing and chilled atmosphere and leads through patio doors onto a full length sun terrace. The second double bedroom overlooks the rear patio and has been furnished tastefully.
There is a large front patio and a rear patio, with table, chairs and loungers - great for chilling with a cup of tea or catching up on those rays. The front terrace also has 2 sun loungers. You also benefit from a large front garden and back garden complete with palms and flowers with enough room to lay and relax. Finally, the apartment is suited for wheelchair access ( not disabled) being on the ground floor and only one very small step.
The washing machine and laundry facilities are located in the storage housing on the rear patio.

A £100 refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure the booking for you and also to cover against any damages caused in the property . 30% of the total booking is also payable with the refundable deposit with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Any damage should be reported to our housekeeper, however small the breakages may be. An inventory will be supplied in all apartments and will be checked before vacating the property. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week and for convenience we do not insist on rigid arrival or departure times from the house, providing of course no other guests are moving on that day.
Providing that no damage has been caused the £100 deposit will be paid back to you within 14 working days.
All our guests are personally welcomed by our friendly housekeeper on arrival at the house, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given
There is strictly NO Smoking in any of our properties and some pets are allowed.
