Casa Willow is ideally located in the town of Rojales/Cuidada Quesada and only minutes walk from the spectacular Aqua Park which is open to the public between June and mid September.
The Bungalow has been furnished to the very highest standard with air conditioning to the living area and all 3 bedrooms which are located on the ground floor.
The fabulous open plan living and dining areas provide comfort and relaxation for your vacation or golfing weekend. Superbeam television offers you some 40 channels to choose from as well as a full list of radio channels.
Our hosts will be at the bungalow to meet you on your arrival at Casa Willow and will be available to answer any questions that you may have during your stay.
We provide all of the necessary essentials, hair dryer, corkscrews/bottle openers and English/European socket adaptors to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
A fabulous and tastefully furnished bungalow only minutes walk away from the Quasada Aqua Park and Quesada village.

A beautiful well decorated and very comfortable living area with American sytle kitchen. The master and single bedrooms have also be decorated to a very high standard. The property benefits from a large room solarium with fantastic views of the mountain. There is also the added benefit of private parking and garden.
The Aqua Park is located minutes walk from the Villa and you can walk to Quiesda Village in 10 minutes which has banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, car rental, English butcher, boutiques, hair dressers and petrol station.

Casa Willow is located in a quiet area of Atalaya and benefits from a cul-de-sac at the end of the street.
Casa Willow has a famously large solarium providing breathtaking views across the mountains.
Ciuidad Quesada Aqua Park is no more than a few minutes walk from the Villa and the town of Quesada no more than 10 minutes walk.
Smoking is confined to the frount garden, ground floor patio area and room solarium

During your vacation our hosts will provide you with a 24 hour emergency telephone service that, in the event of sickness or injury, they will visit and if necessary, take you to the local medical centre for treatment and return you to the villa. If you require any assistance during your stay you just need to call them - this is a complimentary service - no charge applied.
A "Meet & Greet" service is provided to all of our clients irrespective of your time of arrival, so feel sure you will be welcomed without needing to obtain keys. If you get lost during your journey, please ring our hosts; they will talk to you at the villa or ask you to park and they will find you - this is a complimentary service - no charge applied.
A "Welcome Pack" service is available for late arrivals. Your hosts will telephone you at home prior to your departure to Spain. If you provide them with a list of essential supermarket items, they will provide you with the receipt for payment. - this is a complimentary service - no charge applied.
No Supplement applied for late departure.
Our hosts can supply essential cot/stair gate/high chair equipment at very competitive prices.
Airport Transfer can be arranged on request.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival at Casa Catrina.
There is a €100.00 euro deposit (refundable) required on your arrival to cover unforeseen breakages.
There is a €75.00 euro charge to covering laundry and cleaning paid to your host on arrival.
Deposit and final balance can be paid via Pay Pal, Euro Bank Transfer or Sterling Cheques.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Enclosed by the Crevillent mountain range, the region boasts a comfortable moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19C in the winter and 26-40 C from mid June until early September. The province is well known for its orange and lemon groves and medicinal minerals and the salt found in its lakes and beaches.
Casa Willow is uniquely positioned between Alicante and Murcia airports which are reachable within 30 minutes drive by car. You will also be spoilt for choice when going to the beach, Guardamar del Segura, La Mata, Torrevieja, La-Zenia are just a few beaches to choose from, with their white sands and dunes and beach bars you will enjoy a relaxing day for the whole family.
With the big amusement park in Benidorm (Terra Mitica), and Water Parks Aqualandia in Murcia, AquaPolis in Torrevieja and our own Aqua Park in Quesada, you will be able to keep the children happy during their holiday.
The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales area
Casa Willow is located in Rojales/Cuidad Quesada, approximately 9 kilometers from Guardamar del Segura town and beach.
Approximately 15 minutes drive is the seaside town of Torrevieja which offers a whole range of activities for all members of the family including 10-pin bowling, a 6 screen cinema, children's fun fair and an evening market along the sea front promenade.
For those that love market day, feel comfortable that you have a choice of daily markets every day within 20 minutes drive of Rojales/Cuidad Quesada.

Casa Willow is located close to the Quesada Aqua Park between Ciudad Quesada and Rojales.
From both Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) take the AP7 Motorway. From Alicante travel south towards Cartegena and exit at Ciudad Quesada, exit 745. Please then follow the interactive map.
From Murcia (San Javier) take the motorway north on the AP7, you will pass through 2 tolls, accordingly exit the motorway at exit 745. Please then follow the interactive map.
