This beautiful property is spacious and is well furnished. It is situated on a small gated community with well tended established gardens and 2 communal pools- one large pool and one children's pool. Only 5 min walk from the local commercial centre (Doņa Pepa) and 10 min walk to the local town centre (Ciudad Quesada). The accommodation comprises : 1 large bedroom with en suite, sunny lounge/ kitchen diner, shower room, bbq area and rear patio. There are ceiling fans in the lounge/diner and fans provided in the bedroom. There are no stairs to this property.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year round sunshine. In summer months the temperature regularly reaches 35 degrees.
The coastline is stunning with miles of white sandy beaches and the blue Mediterranean sea, backed by little typically Spanish towns.
The whole area is a golfers paradise with many world class courses (La Manga).
There are many places of interest - cities such as Alicante with its tree lined boulevards, fantastic beach (with gym equipment!!!!), sophisticated shops, beautiful marina and little Tapas bars. Guardamar which is smaller and typically Spanish - closes for an afternoon Siesta between 2pm and 5pm then comes alive again on the evening. Take a walk along the lovely promenade, visit the street market and sample the local specialities (paella, garlic prawns, fresh bread with ali-oli - mouthwatering).
Whatever you are looking for you will find it on the Costa Blance - activites or just peace and relaxation....
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area
The vibrant town of Ciudad Quesada has a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants and bars - both in the centre of the town and in smaller local commercial centres. Restaurants offer a wide variety of choice - Spanish, Chinese (many offering a 3 course Menu del Dia for areound 4€ inc drink!!), Italian, Indian, English, Hungarian - the list is endless.
Quesada also has its own water park for īkidsī of all ages, mini golf, 18 hole golf course (La Marquesa), bowling alley and bowls.
Within a 10 minute drive you can be in Torrevieja where you will find similar facilities but on a larger scale (bigger scarier water park!!), lots of restaurants and bars and a new shopping centre (H&M, Zara, C&A and more). Again Guardamar is just a 10 minute drive away - this typically Spanish town is a must to visit.
You will find a market in one of the local towns every day of the week offering leather goods as well as many other fantastic items, including fresh fruit and veg.
Further afield you can be in Benidorm in 1 hour where you will find lots more to keep you busy (Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica Theme Park). The promenade and beach here are well kept and beautiful but can get busy at the height of the season.
If you fancy keeping things low key and quiet pay a visit to the Mar Menor (inland sea) where you can cover yourself in mud or float around in the sea which is more like a lake (calm, shallow, fantastic....) - then sit at a local bar and eat tapas as the sun goes down.
How to get there
* Fly to Murcia San Javier airport - La Laguna is just an easy 30 min drive away. Airlines operating from UK to Murcia include Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, BMI Baby, Jet 2 and FlyBe.
* Fly to Alicante airport - La Laguna is again just an easy 30 min drive away. Airlines operating from UK to Alicante include Monarch, Jet2, Thomsonfly, Thomas Cook, First Choice, Easyjet, Ryanair., BMI Baby, FlyBe, Globespan.

* Both airports have numerous car hire facilities - try www.carjet.com for good deals.
* Airport pickup can be arranged if required for approx 40€ each way.

The urbanisation is a secure gated community making it very safe for children.
The gardens are the best around, well established and well tended. Olive trees and palm trees provide much needed shade at the height of summer.
Two community pools open from 8am to 10pm daily (a large free form pool and a smaller children's splash pool). Around the pools are tiled areas, planted areas and grassed areas with shade from both umbrellas and the trees.

We will meet you at the property to give you the keys, show you around and answer any questions you may have.
We would advise all our guests to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance.
Conditions
A refundable breakages / excessive cleaning/ return of key £100 will be required.This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure subject to satisfactory inspection of the property.
A one off cleaning charge of 45 euros will be payable on arrival.
