Home description

Welcome to our lovely new 3 bed / 2 bath villa with private community pool and toddler pool set in a gated and well maintained gardened area. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning (A MUST IN SPAIN), as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge, and digital sat. TV.
It is ideally situated to provide a peaceful retreat, yet centrally located for all amenities.
There is a supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity (5 min walk), and Quesada village is a 5 minute drive for other numerous shops, banks, restaurants, Aqua Park, Country Club, and La Marquesa Golf Club. Within 35 minutes of Quesada there are currently 12 golf courses, and by 2007 there will be 22, making the area the Golfing centre of Europe. The 2008 PGA Championship is being held at La Finca, 10 minutes from Quesada.

We also have another 3 bed and a 2 bed in the same style and within a few minutes walk of each other. This makes it ideal for families or friends wishing to holiday together yet still retain a degree of independence. Ref:

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19 C in winter and 24-38 C in summer. There is a vast amount to see in this region, from touring the mountains of the Serra D'Aitana, to the cities of Benidorm (Terra Mitica Theme Park), Alicante, and down to Murcia for its numerous squares and plazas. Along the coastal road, north of Guardamar is the fishing port and marina of Santa Pola, with boat excursions to the island of Taberca and it's underwater nature reserve. The old Spanish town of Guardamar is a 10 minute drive and has excellent sporting facilities, and boasts 11 kms of Blue Flag sandy beaches, and the 'Queen Sofia' Park and botanical gardens.

Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area

Quesada is between Guardamar and Torrevieja, and has developed into a cosmopolitan area over the last 30 years, and has all amenities on its doorstep. It has its own Aqua Park, Country Club with swimming pool , and a championship golf course, as well as shops, restaurants and bars. There are also 5 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive and has stretches of golden sandy beaches, esplanade and marina. Torrevieja is renowned for its salt lagoons, now listed as a nature reserve, and is home to pink flamingoes and other species of wildlife. There are numerous fiestas around the region, and a list is in the information pack.

How to get there

Quesada is approached from Alicante airport via the Mediterranean Highway (A-7) and N-340; OR via the N-332 which bypasses towns and villages along the coastal road.
Take advantage of cheap flights from Easyjet, Ryanair or BMIBaby and fly to the sun in 2 hours.
Car hire available from www.carjet.co.uk and collect from airport.
Six seater registered taxi is available on request for airport collection

Further details outdoors:
There are 3 terraces, and a large front patio and a rear patio, with table and chairs, parasol, and barbeque. The master bedroom terrace also has a table and chairs. 2 sun loungers and cushions are provided.
The washing machine and laundry facilities are located in the storage housing on the rear patio. There is parking at the front of the house.
The rear terrace looks out over the pools and gardens. The pool is lit at night which provides a very picturesque setting.

HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHILST ON HOLIDAY WITH A PERSONALIZED SERVICE. Our friendly housekeeper lives nearby to offer help should it be needed, and any problems are resolved with the minimum of fuss
Transport service to both Alicante and St Javier airports can be arranged. Two 7 seater people carriers can be booked for larger groups, golfers, families and friends who may be sharing your holiday in one of our other 2 villas. ( Ref 6781 and 14763). Nursery equipment from a professional registered company can be hired, which will be delivered and set up at cost price prior to your arrival. All to British Safety Standards.
WE WISH YOUR HOLIDAY TO BE AN ENJOYABLE ONE - PLEASE ASK OUR HOUSEKEEPER FOR ANY INFORMATION AND ADVICE.
All our guests are personally welcomed by our friendly housekeeper on arrival at the house, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given.

Conditions

MEET AND WELCOME SERVICE AND USE OF LATEST AIR-CONDITIONING AND OTHER SERVICE CHARGES (ELECTRICITY, WATER ETC) IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE. ( SMALL SURCHARGE OF 10€ FOR MEETING BETWEEN 23:00HRS AND 08:00 HRS ONLY) 50€ IS REQUIRED FOR CLEANING AND LAUNDRY AND PAYABLE TO HOUSEKEEPER ON ARRIVAL PLEASE. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to start of the holiday. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within one week of departure. Please report any damage to our housekeeper, or small breakages can be replaced with similar item, eg crockery, glasses. Directions and meeting instructions will be forwarded once balance is received. We do not operate a Sat- Sat booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals. Also for your convenience we do not insist on rigid arrival or departure times from the house, providing of course no other guests are moving on that day.
