About the home

A bright, modern 3 bedroomed detached villa in an ideal location for a family holiday. The villa offers a peaceful south facing aspect with outside patio dining area, private first floor sun terrace and its own private jacuzzi.

A great place to explore the Spanish coastline, countryside, mountains and salt lakes, or just to enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean climate, relaxing in the sunshine.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area and would therefore not be suitable for groups of young people who want to party the night away!

Please be aware that as this is a relatively new development it is possible there could be some works being carried out in the area.

Downstairs the front door leads into the open plan living area with an extendable dining table and chairs, leather sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen area with large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
At the back of the house an archway leads through to a shower room and two twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes.
From the main living area, the beautiful staircase leads up to the master bedroom with a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and a large private solarium with comfortable chairs and small table for those relaxing moments. There is also a fully equipped bathroom upstairs with toilet, bidet, and bath with shower attachment.
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living area.

There is a private gated drive way for off street parking. To the rear of the property there is a terrace with patio furniture, perfect for dining al fresco, sunbeds and a jacuzzi.

Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay, you will have full use of the washing machine to refresh as and when you choose.
Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own and we kindly ask that you do not take the bath towels provided to the beach or pool.

Conditions

A £100 per week , non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure the let.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date
A refundable security deposit of £200 will also be payable at the time of the balance. This will then be refunded to you within 14 days of your return providing there are no breakages or damages on inspection by our key holders.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Spanish Costa Blanca (white coast), protected by the mountain ranges, enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year round sunshine.Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15c. The local salt flats draw moisture from the air giving a unique, dry microclimate. It has been described by the World Health Organisation as " The healthiest place to live in Europe for quality of climate and fresh air".
There are four cities within an hours drive of the villa each with its own character and history; Alicante to the North, Elche to the Northwest, Murcia to the West and Cartagena to the South.
For those looking for family fun and entertainment, there is plenty on offer including the Rio Safari Park on the Elche-Santa Pola road with a wide range of animals aswell as swimming pools and water slides or you can head off to Benidorm, just under an hour away, to explore the delights of the famous Terra Mitica theme park or the huge waterpark, Aqualandia.
The whole area is a golfer's paradise with many courses to International standard, meanwhile the many Blue Flag beaches vary from long stretches of fine sand to undiscovered bays with rugged cliffs and secluded sand dunes.
Near to Ciudad Quesada you will find the bustling town of Torrevieja surrounded by two natural salt lagoons, home to a huge variety of wildlife. The town has its own marina, water park, palm-lined promenade plus a variety of shops restaurants and bars. There are many activities available including snorkeling and horse riding.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Atalayas area

The villa is located in the Atalaya area of Ciudad Quesada, which is a mere 5 minutes from the town's own Aqua park. From the villa it is also just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre with its bars, shops, banks and restaurants and a popular local market on Sundays. Quesada has its own golf course, "La Marquesa" and there are many other courses within a 20 minute drive. Other facilities in Quesada include a Country Club and Tennis courts.
The nearest beach is located only 9 km away in the picturesque town of Guardamar. There is a stunning 14km of fine sandy beach with beautiful clear water, safe for swimming and sports. At night the streets are buzzing with the many bars, restaurants and craft stalls.

There are many charter and low cost airlines that fly from all main UK airports to either Alicante or Murcia.
Both airports are approximately 30 minutes drive from Quesada.
