About the home

This spacious apartment is located in an ideal location between the Spanish towns of Benijofar and Rojales easily accessed by motorway (A-7) from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports approx. 30mins each way. Both towns are in walking distance as is the water park at Quesda and the golf course at Rojales. The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja are both 15mins by car. Benidorm with theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundamar are 1hrs drive away.
There are a variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and the activities in the area are great for couples and familiies alike. The apartment benefits from having a large communal pool and has a sunny roof terrace where you can soak up the sun or dine al fresco in the evenings. The apartment has all the facilities you need to make a perfect holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Spain has a wonderful climate all the year round. There are many beautiful beaches in this region from small bays such as Cabo Roig with its small marina and many water sports to the sand dunes of Guardamar with its long stretch of sandy beach. These beaches are Blue Flag very clean with clear waters.
Torrevieja with its salt lakes which are renowned for there healing powers.
The town of Elche is well worth a visit there are many places of interest here, the Huerto del Cura with its many palm trees. Elche is also famous for its leather shoes.
Alicante has a lot of things to offer, from shopping, marina, castle and much more.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Benijofar / Benimar area

This area is suitable for all ages, it is ideal for beach, golf and active holidays.
The urbanization of Benimar is close to the Spanish villages of Rojales and Benijofar where a local market is held weekly. There are many fiestas held throughout the year. The aqua park is a 5min drive away it is fun for all ages, the park is only open from June to September. Also nearby is a small mini golf.

Close by is a variety of bars and restaurants serving Mexican, Italian, Indian and more.

If you do not fancy driving everywhere there are coach trips most days these can be found in the free papers which are available in the bars. The trips are good value for money.

There are many budget airlines flying into both Alicante and Murcia airports eg monarch, easyjet, ryanair just some.

Car hire is readily available at both airports, I would recommend booking in advance.
