The villa has 2 bedrooms downstairs plus bathroom with shower. Good sized living room, with English television and radio. Fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc. Utility room with washing machine. Upstairs is a self contained double bedroom and shower room with toilet, (ideal for grandparents). A large sun deck with shower on the first floor and a smaller, part covered, terrace downstairs (ideal for breakfast, with a sun parasol) The beautiful communal swimming pool is directly opposite the front of the villa, The busy and beautiful towns and beaches of Guadamar and Torrevieja are just 15 mins away by car. There is a private drive to the side of the villa, for your car or additional sunbathing. The property gets sun all day from sunrise to sunset.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated on the South East coat of mainland Spain, the Costa Blanca is renowned for its sandy white beaches and warm Mediterranean climate. Steeped in history, with beautiful mountains views, orange groves etc. this area has something for everyone! It enjoys a unique micro climate and with an average of 320 days sunshine per year , you can have the quality of holiday you ve been dreaming of.
You certainly won t be short of things to explore, whether you wish to delve into the rich history and culture or reveal the untold mysteries of the deep blue Mediterranean ocean.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales area
The town of Ciudad quesada is the nearest to our villa, about 20 minutes walk, or 2 minutes by car. Loads of restaurants and bars and with a water park. There are five golf courses within 15 minutes drive, including La Finca (A Spanish Open venue). There is a water park in Quesada and also two larger ones in Torrevieja which is 15 kms. Torrevieja has everything. Lovely beaches, water sports, huge Friday market, thousands of bars and restaurants. Guadamar de Segura is again 15 kms away and has beautiful beaches, a fair, shops and restaurants, parks and a market on Mondays. The Crevillente Mountains are 33kms with wonderful views. The capital of the province,Alicante, is 60 kms.
How to get there
Nearly all budget airlines fly into Alicante airport, (Distance to villa 35 to 40 minutes) plus charter and schedule flights. We use douspain for car hire, they select from a number of companies located in Alicante Arrivals Hall and are the cheapest we have found.
By ferry to Bilbao or Santander - Approx 9 hours drive, or make a touring holiday and drive from French channel ports through France to Spain and enjoy a relaxing holiday at the end of your tour.

Further details indoors: The upstairs bedroom is self contained. Suitable for grandparents or older children, who if they come in later will not disturb anyone downstairs. It has a kettle for early morning cuppa and perfect for afternoon siesta.
Further details outdoors: New commercial units have been built some two hundred metres from the villa but are not yet occupied. A large Sunday market is close to the urbanisation which is frequented by both Spanish and tourists. and sells virtually everything. There is a children's playground on the urbanisation.
The residents are a mixture of people living there and holiday makers. At least 90% are British, and all are very friendly and helpful,
The villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 30 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports, and only 2 minutes from AP7 Junction.
In all, a place to enjoy your well earned vacation.
Conditions
We have only just started letting our villa, other than to family, and would hate to see it ill-treated,so NO all-male or all-female groups, or tenants under 21 years of age. Please remember this is our holiday home and we would like you to respect it as such.

Dear Ken & Melba just returned from your lovely villa. It was very nice and clean and was a great base for seeing the sights. Plenty of places to eat and things to do. A GREAT HOLIDAY. i would recommend it to families. A car is necessary to get the full advantage. All the people on the urbanisation were very friendly.
