Home description
Our newly completed villa (April 2008) is situated in the Manuela complex in Dona Pepa 2, Quesada. The house boasts magnificent poolside views to the front and open views to the Salt Lakes and Torrevieja from the rear bedroom. There are three outside terraces/balconies each with sunbeds and chairs to relax and soak up the sun. There are two large private community pools with baby pools for your use during your stay., one is located immediately to the front of the property.
The villa comprises Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, marble bathroom with corner bath and shower and downstairs WC. It is fully furnished to a very high standard . There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the house for your comfort.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The weather in this area is very mild throughout the year. The temperature in Summer rarely falls below 30 degrees with Winter average temperatures of around 10 to 15 degrees centigrade.
The area is famous for its salt lakes which along with the shelter of the surrounding mountains, provide a healthy climate and the region has been rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest regions in the world.
The region boasts many championship golf courses including La Finca, Campeamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and La Marquesa club in Quesada. They are all within easy driving distance from the property and information on each course is provided.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area
Quesada is located between Guardamar and Torrevieja and has developed in to a popular tourist area over the last 30 years. There is a Waterpark (open June till September,) Country Club and swimming pool, and a championship golf course (La Marquesa) all within a five minute drive from the property.
Within a ten minute walk from the villa there are numerous bars and a variety of restaurants offering varied eating choices.
The centre of Quesada with its many shops, bars and restaurants is also within 5 minutes drive from the villa. The popular beach resort of Guardamar is within a 10 minute drive boasting a promenade of seafront bars and restaurants, a blue flag beach and many watersports. The larger town of Torrevieja is within easy reach which also has blue flag beaches, many shops, restaurants and large harbour with marina.
There is a water park and bowling alley in Torrevieja. The larger resort of Benidorm is within an hours drive with its famous Terra Mitca and Seaworld theme parks and Alicante and Murcia are within a 45 minute drive. San Pedro with its famous mud baths is located approximately 30 minutes further south.
How to get there
Fly to Murcia, 35km from property - approx 30 minutes by car. Fly with Easy Jet, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Jet 2, Monarch or Flybe. Fly to Alicante - 40 km from property with Easy Jet, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Jet 2, Monarch, Flybe etc.
Routes from both airports are via the AP7 or N332 Coastal road. Our Housekeeper can arrange airport pick up if required. If you do not wish to hire a car we can also arrange transport for any trips you may wish to take.
Local Maps and tourist information are provided in the property for your use during your stay. Directions from either airport are sent or emailed as soon as the final balance is received. Our housekeeper will meet you on arrival to explain everything to you and provide any local information required.

Further details indoors: The house is furnished to a very high standard with brand new furniture and fittings. Hot and cold air conditioning has been installed with separate controls for upstairs and downstairs.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need if you wish to eat in. There are two large supermarkets within a 5 minute drive from the house providing any grocery items you may need. A washing machine is available in the rear utility room.
. Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby and toddler equipment including cots and high chairs can be arranged.
We have two full sets of golf clubs available to rent in the property. Cost is £20 per set per week. Please enquire when booking.

Our friendly English speaking house keeper will meet you on arrival to give you the keys, show you around and answer any queries you may have. She has extensive local knowledge and will advise you of the local amenities.
Meet and greet, use of the air conditioning and other service charges( water and electricity) is included in the rental price.
We would advise any guests to make sure they have adequate travel insurance to cover their needs.
Conditions
No smoking in the property - ashtrays are provided for use on the front or rear balcony only.
A 45 euro charge will be made by our Housekeeper on arrival for cleaning.
A refundable breakages/excessive cleaning deposit of £100 is payable with final balance. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure subject to satisfactory inspection by our Housekeeper.
A 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will secure your booking.
Balance payable within 8 weeks of arrival date.
