Casa Maxim is located just 10 minutes drive from the beach, just outside the town of Quesada. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja, the house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The house benefits from a large communal pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the first floor landing are two spacious terraces with stunning views, the first floor terrace furnished with a table and six chairs with large parasol to enable you to dine al fresco, and the second floor terrace having sun loungers for soaking up the spanish sun. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. It is also ideal for people with mobility problems as the property has a ground floor bedroom and walk-in shower room and toilet.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region has a wonderful climate, with over 300 days of sunshine each year and very low rainfall. It is the perfect location for a relaxing summer holiday or a well earned winter break. The Costa Blanca has a rich and distinguished history and many artefacts have been found dating back to the neolithic era. It has been invaded and occupied by various important civilizations including phoenicians, greeks, romans, carthaginians and moors. There are many attractions alongside the Costa Blanca, some of them specially for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm or the bays of Altea and Calpe.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa area
Casa Maxim is only 10 mins. away from the beaches of Guardamar with its 11 km. of fine sand and bathing in its crystal-clear waters. It is 15 mins. away from the beaches of Torrevieja and all the services this city has to offer(hospitals, shopping centres, etc.) One of the highlights of the area is the leisure zone of the Hotel La Laguna, a 5 star luxury establishment where you can enjoy spa and beauty treatment without having to be a Hotel guest. A few kilometres away are two of the best golf courses in the area. Located only 1 km. away from Quesada you will find a fantastic leisure area offering all sorts of services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, a water park, chemists, health centres, horse riding etc. In the spanish village of Guardamar can be found a lovely family leisure play park amongst the palm and pine trees which is shaded and cool.
