About the home

Casa Maxim is located just 10 minutes drive from the beach, just outside the town of Quesada. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja, the house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The house benefits from a large communal pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the first floor landing are two spacious terraces with stunning views, the first floor terrace furnished with a table and six chairs with large parasol to enable you to dine al fresco, and the second floor terrace having sun loungers for soaking up the spanish sun. With two double bedrooms having king-size beds and one twin bedroom, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
It is also ideal for people with mobility problems as the property has a ground floor bedroom and walk-in shower room and toilet.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The region has a wonderful climate, with over 300 days of sunshine each year and very low rainfall. It is the perfect location for a relaxing summer holiday or a well earned winter break.
The Costa Blanca has a rich and distinguished history and many artefacts have been found dating back to the neolithic era. It has been invaded and occupied by various important civilizations including phoenicians, greeks, romans, carthaginians and moors.
There are many attractions alongside the Costa Blanca, some of them specially for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm or the bays of Altea and Calpe.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa area

Casa Maxim is only 10 mins. away from the beaches of Guardamar with its 11 km. of fine sand and bathing in its crystal-clear waters. It is 15 mins. away from the beaches of Torrevieja and all the services this city has to offer(hospitals, shopping centres, etc.)
One of the highlights of the area is the leisure zone of the Hotel La Laguna, a 5 star luxury establishment where you can enjoy spa and beauty treatment without having to be a Hotel guest.
A few kilometres away are two of the best golf courses in the area.
Located only 1 km. away from Quesada you will find a fantastic leisure area offering all sorts of services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, a water park, chemists, health centres, horse riding etc.
In the spanish village of Guardamar can be found a lovely family leisure play park amongst the palm and pine trees which is shaded and cool.

“Comfortable and convenient” This is the second time we have stayed here, you do need a car really to be able to get to the beach but the communal pool was very nice and always quiet, and the children were able to learn to swim. The villa is clean and comfortable but could do with a dishwasher to ease the burden of washing up! plenty of sun loungers and cool box for the beach and plastic cups. Within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants. A nice relaxing break.

We had a well-earnt weeks holiday , so relaxing in the sun , plenty to do within walking distance of Quesada. Local amenities within walking distance , i.e supermarkets , chemist , banks , etc. Excellent accommodation , everything you would have at home. Reg. Essex.
Only stayed four days , nice to be back in this area again. Been many times before , wish we could have stayed longer , lovely and quiet but plenty going on in Quesada(2 minute drive) and Torrevieja(15 minute drive). Teenagers would not be disappointed. Stayed at Xmas , lovely to have a bit of sun. Mrs Mclean provided us with Xmas decorations and mini Xmas tree. Really good stay , even went to Benidorm which was 1hour 30mins drive away.
