About the home

Attractive, spacious 3 bed (2 bath) villa furnished to a high standard with private pool and garden overlooking the residential area of Quesada perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom. There is separate dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped to feel at home. The spacious balcony overlooks the 8X4 m pool and the beautifully maintained garden with BBQ and sunbeds.

The area is one of the healthiest places in the world with 300 sunny days annually and the salt lakes helping to ease reumathism, asthma, skin problems.

The sandy beach of Guardamar is a couple of minutes drive away. Likewise a couple of minutes drive will take us to the lively coastal town of Torrevieja and to the La Marquesa Golf Club. Banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other shops are within easy reach. A Car is recommended.

Further opportunities are to visit Alicante and Benidorm with its theme parks (Terra Mítica and Mundomar) or Elche with its huge palm forest. Driving down to the south, Murcia, La Manga and Cartagena are worth visiting.

This beautiful villa boasts three bedrooms (comfortably suitable for 6 persons), two with double beds, one with twin beds.The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two arm chairs. The dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. SAT TV (English, Spanish channels), home cinema (DVD, CD), air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed.

The property is suitable for early spring and late autumn stay being equipped with cold and hot air-conditioning units and electric heaters.

There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and sun beds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area.

Enjoy a dip in our private pool

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Quesada is a residential city located 8 kms from Torrevieja city on the Costa Blanca costal line. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike with beaches, water sports, horse riding, shopping and sightseeing all close by.

In Torrevieja there are many great restaurants, especially the local Spanish seafood restaurants, but there is also English, German, Swedish, Chinese and more types of food found here. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. The scenery is compelling with the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland.

There are five more cities within easy reach by car: Alicante and Benidorm (with theme parks of Terra Mítica, Mundomar) to the north, Elche ( with its large palm forest) to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante's El Altet and Murcia's San Javier - both within 40 minutes drive.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Fiesta area

Quesada is 5 kms away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. The 11 kms long, sandy beach is one of the best on the coast with a stylish car free promenade, exceptionally wide blue flag beach with water sports and beach side cafes. There are numerous other " blue flag " beaches in the Costa Blanca area: La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura.

Ciudad Quesada boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and amenities including banks, chemists, dentists, a medical centre, town hall, and supermarkets.

There is a Water Park in the town open during June July and August. The park offers a swimming pool, supervised water slides, a restaurant and a beautiful lawned area. There is a municipal tennis court and a bowling facility where visitors are welcome.

La Marquesa Golf and Country Club is an 18 hole championship course. Golfers can enjoy the club house and its bar and restaurant are open to golfers and families alike. The course is open all year round costing about 50 euros for a full game.

"VILLA SARA WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT, THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT,NICE AND QUIET, THE VILLA INSIDE WAS ON , ONE FLOOR 3 LARGE BEDROOMS AND A LARGE LOUNGE , THE DINING ROOM WAS ALSO A GOOD SIZE , THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING YOU WANT, THE PROPERTY WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND WAS VERY CLEAN, THE POOL WAS A VERY GOOD SIZE AND WAS CLEANED TWICE A WEEK...I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY , THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS WERE ONLY A 5 MIN DRIVE AWAY,THE RESTAURANTS CUISINE WERE EXCELLENT, THE BEACH WAS ONLY A 10MIN DRIVE AWAY AND WAS VERY QUIET."

"This was the second time we have stayed at villa sara,having previously stayed in the area twice before.
The villa is beautifly finished and although there was only two of us,it would be more than big enough for six.
the gardens and pool are lovely and also large and secluded.
The area is quiet and in walking distance of most facilities.
We had a very peaceful time by the pool and will be going back soon"

Full fresh laundry and cleaning is Euro 80,- at site per stay. Extra cleaning and linen change between change-overs can be requested at additional charge.

GBP 200,- returnable breakage deposit required per booking.

Less than a week booking upon special agreement. The villa has to be vacated till 11am on the day of your leave to ensure cleaning of the property. You can accommodate latest as of 4pm in the afternoon upon your arrival (we are flexible on timing depending on booking status).

Airport transfer upon special request: Alicante: Euro 40,-/one way Murcia: Euro 45,-/one way.

Unlimited 3 Mb broadband internet access is available upon request at a weekly rate of GBP 15,- (Euro 20,-).
