Casa Pauline is a 2 bed town house with a private community pool and toddler pool in well tended gardens. It is fully furnished to a very high standard, offering all the comforts of home. There is cold air conditioning in the property to meet the warmest days during your vacation.
The spacious living room is comforably furnished with separate kitchen and a down stairs toilet, with 2 bedrooms, 1 x double and 2 singles and a large bathroom with shower facility up stairs.
We have recently installed a 42 channel television service inclusive of sports, cartoons, movies and soap channels.
Casa Pauline is ideally located to provide a peaceful retreat, yet centrally located for all amenities.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Enclosed by the Crevillent mountain range, the region boasts a comfortable moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19C in winter and 26-40 C from mid June until early September. The province is well known for its orange and lemon groves and medicinal minerals and salt found in its lakes and beaches.
Casa Pauline is uniquely positioned between Alicante and Murcia airports which are reachable within 30 minutes drive by car. You will also be spoint for choice when going to the beach, Guardamar del Segura, La Mata, Torrevieja, La-Zenia are just a few beaches to choose from.
With Aqua Parks in Benidorm (Terra Mitica), Aqua Land in Mercia, Aqua Polis in Torrevieja and our own Aqua Park in Quesada will keep the childeren happy during their holiday.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area
Casa Pauline is situated in Dona Pepa, Cuidada Quesada approximately 9 kilometers from Guardamar del Segura town and beach.
Approximately 10 minutes drive to the south of Dona Pepa is the seaside town of Torrevieja which offers a whole range of activities for all of the family including 10 Pin Bowling, 6 Screen Cinema, Children's Fun Fair along the sea front promenade.
For those that love market day, feel comforable that you have a choice of daily markets every day within 20 minutes drive of Dona Pepa
How to get there
You will be spoilt for choice as Dona Pepa, Cuidad Quesada is located centrally between Alicante Airport and Murcia (San Javier) Airport. All low cost airlines fly to both Airport Destinations.
Take advantage of cheap flights from Easyjet, Ryanair or BMIBaby and fly to the sun in 2 hours.
Quesada is approached from Alicante airport via the Mediterranean Highway (AP-7) exit 745, or via the coast road from Alicante Airport on the N-332 which bypasses towns and villages along the coastal road.
Similar directions are applicable for Murcia (San Javier) Airport using the N332 coast road or AP-7 motorway north.
Car hire is available from www.carjet.co.uk and collect from airport. Six seater registered taxi is available on request for airport collection.

Further details indoors: Your dedicated Hosts will always be at the Apartment during your arrival to greet you to Casa Pauline irrespective of your arrival time. If there is no incoming client on the day of your departure your time of leaving for the airport will be flexible.
On your arrival you will be introduced to the facility available in the apartment and any questions you may have about the local area, beaches, shops, supermarkets and night life will be answered and always feel free to call them for advise at any time.
During your stay, your Hosts will provide you with a 24 hour emergency telephone service in the event of accident or other urgent problems and will take you to the local medical centre if needed at no charge.
For those of you who will be receiving and making calls to the UK, to reduce your cost we can provide you with a Spanish Pay-As-You go mobile phone, rental for the week is €10.00 plus €15.00 euros top up card. The number can be supplied to you well in advance of your vacation.
Further details outdoors: There is are supermarkets, a bank and restaurant within minutes walk of the property, and Quesada Village is a 5 minute drive for other numerous shops, banks, restaurants, Aqua Park, Country Club, and La Marquesa Golf Club.
Dona Pepa 1 has a choice of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks which are located within a few minutes drive from the house.
Within 35 minutes of Quesada there are currently 12 golf courses and by 2009 there will be 17 within the Alicante and Mucia areas, making this area the Golfing centre of Europe. The 2008 PGA Championship is expected to be held at La Finca which is only 5 to 7 minutes drive from Quesada.
Further details outdoors: Casa Pauline is located in a secure community with gates locked at all time and is ideally suited for families with small children.
