The apartment is one of 12 on a small complex with the swimming pool literally yards away,great for lazing round the pool or for the more energetic there are Tennis courts,Bowling and the Aquapark in Quesada.
Centrally situated for local restaurants, bars,banks,supermarkets and entertainment with the La Marquesa Golf complex almost on your doorstep. Par 72 5840 metres. La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, a 18 hole course that is quite easy for intermediate players with lots pf manageable holes that are not too demanding with altering long and short holes.
Close by are the picturesque towns of Rojales or Benijofar where they have weekly street markets and various fiestas at different times of the year.. A short drive away are the fabulous sandy beaches of Guardamar which stretch for about 17 km.There is also the 1400 acre state protected forest leading up to the waters edge with the internationally famous Queen Sofia Park close to the town plus a stunning new marina. Guardamar also has the award winning tourist office where the staff are exceptionally helpful . Torrevieja is 15 mins drive away with Carrefour and the Habeneras centre, great day out for shopping.

300 days of sunshine per year, mild winters, the World Health Organisation states that this is the healthiest climate to live in due to the sun and salt lakes creating a micro climate.
Some of the best beaches are to be found here notably the beach at Guardarmar, a 10 minute drive from Quesada. A 15 minute drive to Torrevieja has a large Carrefour and also the Habeneras centre with its multiple shops should you be in need of some retail therapy.
Elche with its botanical gardens is well worth a visit, they supply the Spanish Royal family with dates from its Palm trees.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Marquesa Golf area
Quesada has a wealth of international restaurants, bars and shops mainly open all year round. Very lively with a mixed age group catered for.
The local Golf club is La Marquesa, surrounded by palm trees in a residential area. Other Golf courses nearby are Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campamor. The Country club has recently been refurbished and now has smart reasonably priced restaurant, snooker hall and various evening attractions.
