About the home
Our well appointed apartment is in an established community with lake views to the east and the magnificent Callosa Mountains to the west. This non-smoking accommodation is equipped with every convenience including TV, DVD a separate radio CD player, Hairdryer and straightners. Nearby commercial centres provide an expanding variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, doctors and dentists.
This area of Costa Blanca has glorious beaches of fine sand and warm water, Guardamar and Torrevieja beaches are a 10 min drive away. Plus there are a number of small and quiet bays with clear blue water such as Campoamor and Cabo Roig. Most beaches have been awarded 'blue flag' status, reflecting their superb quality and offer facilities such as bars, restaurants, children's climbing frames and volleyball.
Quesada is surrounded by championship golf courses, and has its own Aqua park. The large communal swimming pool for residents and guests has a separate shallow area for young children.

2nd bathroom has a large easy to enter shower, wash basin and WC.
Kitchen: Open plan fully equipped kitchen with double door fridge/freezer, touch hob, microwave and washing machine.
Dining: Spacious 6 seater dining area adjacent to the kitchen.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge has double sofa bed, separate 4 seater leather sofa plus matching chairs, a TV and DVD. Door from lounge leads to private balcony equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and all linen and towels (including beach and pool towels) are provided. If you are staying longer than a week you can opt for a mid-stay clean/change of linen and towels at a reasonable extra charge.

Private balcony from the lounge equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. 40 metre communal swimming pool with separate swimming pool for children. The large roof-top Sun Terrace with table, chairs, umbrella, lie-out chairs and BBQ is ideal for private sunbathing and alfresco dining.
Quesada provides everything you need from restaurants, take-aways, bars, banks and shops. Plus there are three smaller commercial centres within walking distance of the apartment offering restaurants, bars, boutique shops, dentists, hairdressers and La Laguna Spa Hotel. All the surrounding towns have markets on different days of the week which are well worth investigating, particularly Zoco and Lemon Tree markets both held on Sunday mornings. The excellent beaches provide a variety of water sports including surfing, windsurfing, water skiing and scuba diving. Paragliding is also very popular and there are two paragliding centres at nearby Santa Pola.

Our managing agents David and Jess Hayes will provide any baby or child equipment, e.g. cots, seats, sterilizers, for a small fee payable on arrival.
David and Jess will also arrange, bikes, golf equipment, tee times, local taxis and hire cars all at the same price as booking direct.
Changeover day: The apartment is usually let on a weekly basis. However as flights may be cheaper mid-week we endeavour to meet individual requirements. If there are new arrivals on your departure day we may request you leave by 11am.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Costa Blanca is warm all year around and our visitors still use the swimming pool in November. There are different markets on each day of the week and the many summer Fiestas provide great entertainment and a strong sense of history.
The coastal towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja are 10 mins drive. Quesada is near the main coastal highway towns of Alicante and Elche: Murcia, La Manga Club and Cartagena are all easily accessible within 30-45 mins.
The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area
Visitors to the Sunday Market at Zoco can book free day-trips with English speaking tour operators for mid-week trips to the shoe and textile factories at Elche.

Budget airlines fly from most UK airports to both Murica and Alicante airports which are equi-distant from our apartment - No 30 Alegria, Avenida Cadiz, Rojales 03170. You can fly into one airport (Murcia or Alicante) and out of the other using different Airlines if this better suites your travel arrangements. We recommend Monarch Air (www.flymonarch.com) if flying from Birmingham, Manchester, Luton or Gatwick. Hire cars can be collected from Alicante arrivals and returned to Mucia departures - or vice versa - if this better suites your travel arrangements. Best hire-car sites for price and availability are Aero Autos (www.aeroautos.net) and Amigo Autos (www.amigoautos.com - which searches for the best deals) alternatively our Managing Agents, Hayes in Spain, will arrange airport transfers to and from No 30 Alegria and if you decide on car hire after arriving at 30 Alegria there are several local companies including Aero Autos who are 5 minutes from the apartment by car.

£150 rental deposit is required to secure your booking: 6 weeks prior to departure balance of rental payment plus £150 breakage deposit cheque. £150 breakage deposit refunded in full if there are none. Key handover and turnaround fee of 30-40 euros (depending on time of arrival) plus 5 euros per person payable to our managing agents on arrival, to cover all linen, towelling and end of stay clean. If arriving at apartment before 8.00am or after 8.00pm or anytime Sat and Sun or Public Holiday a 10 euros surcharge is payable. The £100 breakage deposit is refunded in full if there are none.
