Leading from the living room is a spacious veranda, furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom (en-suite bathroom) and two twin bedrooms, this villa is ideal for families.
In the surrounding areas, there are plenty of things to see and do during your stay, including local markets, water-parks and golf (18 hole or crazy!!).

With all year round sunshine, virtually guaranteed in summer, it’s not surprising that the Costa Blanca is a popular holiday resort for all, from young to old, families and soloists and for those who want an active holiday to those who just wish to relax and sunbathe.

This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. You can travel along the Costa Blanca as the road goes all way alongside the coast taking in the beach resorts of Guardamar and Torrevieja and the wonderful cities like Elche, the palm tree capital of the world.
There are many attractions on the Costa Blanca like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm or the bays of Altea and Calpe. Others are smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm, famous for its old town and its chocolate.
The wonderful seaside resort of Torrevieja is within easy driving distance and boasts long sandy beaches, warm seas and wonderful restaurants, both Spanish and European style. The harbour gives home to 300 fishing ships and over 900 private sport boats. A wonderful view especially when sun sets. It is also home to a fish market, landed fresh from the sea.
The entire area around Torrevieja is famous for its salt production. Huge salt lakes surround the road down from Alicante. The huge salt mountains produce annually more than half a million tons (it makes you respect the way you will use your salt and pepper next time!!).
Festivals or Fiestas take place throughout the year in many of the towns and cities in the area and are a carnival of sound and colour and are an experience not to be missed.
The La Marquesa Golf course is only about 5 minutes drive from the villa and 4 more Championship Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive from this property.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Atalaya Park area
Atalaya Park is set in a residential area with all amenities and attractions in the local towns of Quesada, Benijofar, Rojales and Torrevieja all within easy access.
Only 10 minute drive to 8 miles of white sandy beaches at Guardamar and Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, two salt-lakes with Europe's best healing climate (rheumatism, asthma, skin). Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea) and hiking in the mountains.
From the Villa and within walking distance you have Quesada town, located through its wonderful arch. Here you will find a number of shops, bars, restaurants and banks, which accept UK cash cards. So whether stocking up on provisions or relaxing in the sun with a beer or a coffee, you will find everything you need on your doorstep. All culinary tastes are catered for including Spanish Tapas, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Italian and European cuisine. For pre-dinner drinks there are typical Spanish bars, Irish themed bars and even a bar where you serve yourself from your own beer tap!!
Not forgetting the kids, a crazy golf course is within easy walking distance as is a gym for those wishing to return in better shape than when they arrived!! Bicycles can be hired locally to explore the local area at a gentler pace. For the less active, there is a snooker/pool hall close by.
Within easy driving distance are a number of markets for those seeking to return with some genuine Spanish souvenirs or looking for a bargain. For those wishing to keep in touch with the UK (and the weather!!) all national papers are available in the town.
How to get there
Direct flights to either Alicante or Murcia from all UK airports are available through Monarch, BA, Jet2, BMIBaby, EasyJet, etc.
Transfer to the property can be arranged either through the Villa owners, by hire car or by taxi. These are freely available from the airport. The journey time to the property from both airports is approximately 30 minutes.
Car hire can be obtained from the airport or locally.

The kitchen is separated from the Lounge by a bar and includes all major appliances. A full complement of utensils, crockery (plastic, china and glass) and cutlery is provided.
Further details outdoors: There is a large veranda with outside table and chairs which steps down to the garden/pool area. A further set of stairs allows access to the spacious and private roof solarium.
There is an outdoor brick-built BBQ which is available for all you chefs out there!!!

Welcome pack provided on arrival. No smoking is allowed in or around the property. No pets allowed. The weekly rate includes electricity, water, gas and linen, including towels (not beach towels).
Conditions
A £100 deposit secures your booking with the final payment due 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 damages deposit will be required and will be returned to you provided no damages have been incurred.
