This three bedroom villa is only 4 years old and furnished to a very high standard. The property is on one level with only 2 steps upto the villa. The villa is alarmed and totally secure with electric gates and picture intercom system. It has a spacious through lounge and dining room. Satellite tv. Fully fiited kitchen (washing machine is outside in understairs cupboard), George foreman grill, juicer. It has an outside swimming pool (unheated) 14 x 6 metres . The plot is over 660 sq metres which is totally secure and parking upto 4 cars. We have playstation 2 with some games, video's ,dvds and board games. We also have hair straighteners for the ladies or men!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year round sunshine. Temperatures reaching 35C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year.
Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C.
An hour from the villa is Benidorm with hundreds of exciting attractions, including the magnificent Terra Mitica theme park.
The coast line is a geat place to live, it has facilities that match the most sophisticated cities and regions in Europe. The whole area is a golfers paradise with many courses to International standard, La Manga being just one of them.
There are many places of interest, Alicante a city were people fly into but rarely visit.The city has beautiful tree lined boulavards, many sophisticated shops, a wonderful mariner and many great Tapas Bars. The Castillo Santa Barbara, which is the castle at one end of the city built centuries ago to fend off the invading moors. Murcia the old spanish Baroque city.
The Historic city of Cartagena, throughout the ages many foreign armies have occupied the city, the Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Romans.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Pueblo Bravo area
We are situated in Pueblo Bravo its one of the best areas. Just five minutes walk down the road there is a Budapest restaurant which is very special and also an english restaurant which does great sunday carverys. Just 10 mins walk or 3 mins in a car is Dona pepa which has a number of bars, restaurants , newsagents, internet, hairdressers,bank and dry cleaners.
Ciudad Quesada is only a few minutes away by car and is very convenient for an evening out. There are a number of restaurants including Chinese, a steak house, spanish, Indian to name a few. You will find many banks, supermarkets, a pharmacy and newagents. For the sporty there are also tennis courts and bowls. Those who enjoy sailing, surfing, scuba diving, windsurfing, water skiing, snorkelling and fishing can visit the Port in Torrievieja and the yacht club 'Real Club Nautico de Torrievija'.
Guardamar is our nearest sandy beach, just 8 mins away by car and being 10km long there is plenty of room for everyone. This beach has 'Blue Flag'.
There are five golf courses in close proximity. They are La Finca, La Marquesa Golf and country club, Las Ramblas, Campoamar and Villa Martin. Around 45 mins away is Alicante Golf, Alenda, Bonalba and El Plantio. Murcia has a number of new golf courses.
For the children there is a water park on the outskirts of Quesada and another at Torrievieja. If the theme parks excite you there is Terra Mitica near Benidorm and the Pola Park in Santa Pola.
Pay a visit to one of the many markets, there are several everyday of the week. Festivals play a big part in the spanish calendar this begins with January 1st and 6th and carrying on from March, June, July,August, October, November and December.

There is air conditioning (hot and cold) units in the lounge, master bedroom and bedroom 3. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and build in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a kings size bed and En -suite. En-suite has corner bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The main bathroom has walk in shower, toilet and sink. Security safe and alarm.

We really enjoyed our holiday, your villa is absolutely stunning; is furnished to a very high standard and the pool is simply amazing. The pictures on the internet do not do it any justice. I nearly laughed when the electronic gates slowly opened at the sheer size of the plot and pool! Having rented many villa's over the past years, yours has raised the level of expectation significantly. It goes without saying we will be in touch in the near future about lettings.

Many thanks for the rental of your villa. It was superb, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool was absolutely stunning and we all had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The villa was well equipped and faultlessly clean on arrival. The pool area is fantastic and the 6 of us had endless fun in and out of the water all day , plenty of room for swimming and games and lots of space for sunbathing. The situation is excellent, the plot is large and the area quiet and peaceful. Within easy walking distance are a number of restaurants meaning we could both sample the local vino to our hearts content. If you are happy to use a car though do try the roof terrace at Manolo (opposite Lidi on the way to Quesada)- just 5 mins in the car and well worth the trip. A beautiful setting and wonderful food and service and despite its upmarket appearance no more expensive than any other we tried locally.

We had a great time and the villa was all that we could wish for, the size of the pool was fantastic as we could all get in along with the assorted water toys. We would have no hesitation in recommending your villa as perfect for family use.

We all had a lovely stay. The villa was exceptionally clean and tidy. Having a young family it was ideal to have all the "home from home" amenities. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its generous size, especially my 3 year old who loved being able to get in and out at her leisure. It's our first year renting a villa and we would definitely consider renting again next year.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The villa itself was beautiful. Living area was good. The kitchen area has to be one of the best in respect of everything we needed, including a George Foreman grill and blender to make some fab smoothies for the children. All the bedrooms were lovely decorated and really helped having air con. The bathrooms were great as well, lots of space.. But I have to say the pool and terrace were my favourite. The terrace we used everyday from breakfast to dinner, and it was simply beautiful sitting there without a care in the world!! Another great thing about the terrace was if I had enough sun I could sit there and stil be able to keep an eye on the children in the pool. And pool, well what can I say, it has to be the best one ever that I have used. I loved the idea of the seat area around the pool. It was deep enough for the kids to jump in and shallow enough for playing games. I liked the location of the villa, very quite and very near to our friends in Quesada. Infact we had an absolutely brilliant time, I would recommend your villa to any of my friends and I would certainly come back any time. Flaxen Family
