Home description
The apartment is ideal for family or golfing holidays. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms (1x double, 1x twin), fully-fitted kitchen and spacious living area along with balcony and large rooftop sun terrace as well as that all important air-conditioning. Completed in January 2008, all fittings and furnishings are brand new and clean linen and towels are provided. The shared pool sits in the middle of the complex and has plenty of space to lounge around as well as having a large stone built barbeque (see photos).

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is a name given to over 200km of coastline within Alicante Province in the South East of Spain. Temperatures average around the mid20's peaking in July-August in the high 30's. The main attraction of the area is probably the endless stretches of white sandy beaches and mediterranean climate although the local markets and fiestas are definitely worth a look too. The region includes large towns such as Torrevieja, Alicante and Benidorm as well as being only an hour to 90 minutes drive from the historical city of Valencia.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Rojales Hills area
Within a minutes walk of the apartment is a large bar/restaurant with adjoining pool and play areas as well as snooker and pool tables. A little further walk or a few minutes drive are a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants, shops and a local supermarket. Torrevieja offers a much greater selection of shopping and nightlife and is only 20 minutes drive.
Local activities include a waterpark (2 minutes drive), 3 golf courses (nearest is 2 minutes drive, furthest approx. 30 minutes), plenty of beaches (nearest is 15 minutes drive - see photos). Further afield is a go-karting track and the huge Aqualandia water park on the outskirts of Benidorm.
How to get there
The apartment is 30-45mins drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports where cheap flights are available through a wide range of airlines:

Both the balcony and the roof terrace overlook the pool area allowing children to play in the pool while you relax around the apartment. The pool has a shallow section suitable for toddlers. The pool area has a large sun terrace and built-in barbeque.

An inital downpayment of £50 is required to secure booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival in addition to a fully returnable security deposit of £75.
