This area of the Costa Blanca has a healthy climate and has not been invaded by the tour companies !
Restaurants and bars of many nationalities abound as do supermarkets for those prefering to self cater.
All the requirements for a family sea- side holiday are on the doorstep and there is plenty of history hidden away just waiting to be explored by car. Ideal for families, couples and golfers.Our representative/key holder who lives close by is on hand for more area information.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This area of the Costa Blanca has a very agreeable climate with plenty of beaches. It is also renowned for festivals and nightlife. The area just inland is undulating with magnificent views. Being situated between Alicante and Murcia the apartment is an ideal location to visit the lively town of Torreveija as well as old villages such as Rojales with its historical connections. The beaches in the area are popular holiday locations for the Spanish , an advert in itself ! but , although busy in high season the beaches do not get overcrowded .


Ciudad Quesada, Rojales area

The La Marquessa Golf Course is within walking distance of the apartment and the sandy beaches of Guardamar are easily reached by car. The old town of Quesada is entered through an ancient archway and is
well served with restaurants and bars. A supermarket is located close to the golfcourse just down the hill from the apartment as are several bars and restauarants
A truly ideal place for a family holiday.

The apartment has 2 bedroms both with fitted wardrobes and the bathroom has a bath with shower also a bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the dining area/lounge. Bedding and towels, including beach towels are provided.
The lounge has a ceiling fan for cooling and bedrooms have floor standing fans plus oil filled radiators for the colder months.
A T/V with access to BBC and many UK programmes is installed. Maps of the area and information brochures are available. A car is very desirable but arrangements can be made for airport pick up for approx 40Euros each way if required. The area has poor mobile phone reception so a booster unit is installed in the lounge!

Further details outdoors:
The front garden is gated with space for a car, although parking in the road is no problem. Access to the private locked community pool is a matter of a few steps. There is a brick built bar-b-que with all equipment in the front garden. Sun loungers and beach furniture are all provided in a locked storage area.
The front door of the property opens onto a balcony with a table and 4 chairs for eating or just sitting.

Sorry, no Pets and no smoking indoors. Whilst the property is on the ground floor, access is via 9 steps, so is regretably not really suitable for wheelchair users


Conditions

£30 per week deposit payable on booking, with balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival
£75 deposit to cover breakages/damage refundable at end of letting

There is a 40 Euro cleaning fee payable, on arrival, separately to our Representative/ Key holder.
Electricity usage is included in the rental cost.
Our insurance does not cover loss of renters personal effects so we strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance. We also recommend obtaining a Euro Health Insurance Card (Form from UK Post Offices)
