Our holiday home is a modern 2 bedroom apartment which is located in a complex which has a friendly, relaxed feel. The complex is on the edge of the charming rural village of Algorfa.
our apartment sits within a private gated residential community boasting water features, fountains and communal swimming pool and roof solarium. The apartment has its own parking area in the secure underground car park, keeping your car secure and cool. With large walkways and lifts to all floors, the complex is also wheelchair friendly.
Adjacent to the complex is a large park which has a swimming pool, football pitch, basketball and children's play area.
The apartment sleeps 6 and has the following amenities. A fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and a full compliment of cutlery, cooking utensils and glass ware.
Lounge dining area which is spacious and bright with sliding patio doors leading out onto a private terrace. Furnishings include a dining table with 4 chairs, wall units, coffee table and 3 seater sofa bed settee. A television and DVD player are also provided.
An external table and 4 chairs are provided for use on the terrace.
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with table lamps, fitted wardrobe. A second bedroom which has 2 single beds, bedside table with table lamp, fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is a 4 piece white suite with shower and bidet.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Set in the citrus area of Costa Blanca, with views of the mountains and the vast orange and lemon groves, with the communal sports complex right next door with tennis, football,basketball and swimming all available free of charge.
The village square is the meeting point for all the locals and visitors alike for a quiet drink or a game of dominoes.
Almoradi is a busy, typically Spanish town boasting over 100 cafes, tapas bars and restaurants. It is ideal for that morning coffee whilst browsing the local shops or enjoying an evening meal at a good restaurant then soaking up the atmosphere of the town square from one of the many little bars. Join the locals at the bustling Saturday market which takes over most of the town square each week and caters for all of your needs from fruit and veg to linen and footwear.now hardware and toys as well i will say it is quite well catered

The apartment is ideally located to be within a few minutes walk of Algorfa village, which has restaurants, bars, English supermarket and Chemist. Aso a very short walkaway is the renowned La Finca Golf Course. Within 15 - 30 minutes drive away are all the facilities and resources you could want such as Blue Flag beaches, many more Championship Golf Courses, Historical Cities and Towns, Spanish Culture, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Nature Reserves, Supermarkets, Shopping Complexes.
For those who want to play golf, the fabulous La Finca Golf club is just 5 mins drive with 5 other quality courses within 20 mins drive. The beach is only 10 mins drive to Guardemar with 14km of golden sand. Plenty of history in the locality with Murcia and Elche within 30 mins,the excitement of Torrevieja is only 15 mins away with its water parks and Casino and night life

Algorfa is 30 mins away from either airport. From Alicante take the AP-7 & come off at junction 743 (Algorfa) on entering the village turn left at the traffic lights & after approx 500mts turn right and the apartments are at the bottom of the road, turn left up to the vehicle entrance From Murcia use the A-P7 again & come off at junction 743(Algorfa) & follow directions as above
