Casa Susan is a 2 bed town house with a private community pool and toddler pool in well tended gardens. It is fully furnished to a very high standard, offering all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning in the property to meet the coldest and warmest days during your vacation.
The spacious living room is comforably furnished with a fitted breakfast bar, separate kitchen and a down stairs toilet, with 2 bedrooms, 1 x double and 2 singles and a large bathroom up stairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Sheltered by the Crevillent mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19C in winter and 24-38 C in summer. There is a vast amount to see in this region, from touring the mountains of the Serra D'Aitana, to the cities of Benidorm (Terra Mitica Theme Park) and down to Murcia for its numerous squares and plazas.
The fishing port and marina of Santa Pola has boat excursions to the island of Taberca and it underwater nature reserve. The old Spanish town of Guardamar is a 10 minute drive and has excellent sporting facilities, a fantastic Wednesday market, and boasts 11kms of Blue Flag sandy beaches, dunes and pine forests, and the Queen Sofia Park and botanical gardens.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area
Dona Pepa, Cuidada Quesada is located between Guardamar and Los Montisenos, and has developed into a popular cosmopolitan area over the last 30 years and has all amenities at its doorstep. It has its own Aqua Park, Country Club and swimming pool, and a championship golf course, as well as shops, restaurants and bars.
There are also 9 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive and has stretches of golden sandy beaches, esplanade and marina. Torrevieja is renowned for its salt lagoons, now listed as a nature reserve, and is home to pink flamingoes and other species of wildlife. There are numerous fiestas around the region.
How to get there
You will be spoilt for choice as Dona Pepa, Cuidad Quesada is located centrally between Alicante Airport and Murcia (San Javier) Airport. All low cost airlines fly to both Airport Destinations.
Take advantage of cheap flights from Easyjet, Ryanair or BMIBaby and fly to the sun in 2 hours.
Quesada is approached from Alicante airport via the Mediterranean Highway (AP-7) exit 745, or via the coast road from Alicante Airport on the N-332 which bypasses towns and villages along the coastal road.
Similar directions are applicable for Murcia (San Javier) Airport using the N332 coast road or AP-7 motorway north.
Car hire is available from www.carjet.co.uk and collect from airport. Six seater registered taxi is available on request for airport collection.

Further details indoors: Your dedicated Hosts will always be at the Apartment during your arrival to greet you to Casa Susan irrespective of your arrival time. If there is no incoming client on the day of your departure your time of leaving for the airport will be flexible.
On your arrival you will be introduced to the facility available in the apartment and any questions you may have about the local area, beaches, shops, supermarkets and night life will be answered and always feel free to call them for advise at any time.
During your stay, your Hosts will provide you with a 24 hour emergency telephone service in the event of accident or other urgent problems and will take you to the local medical centre if needed at no charge.
For those of you who will be receiving and making calls to the UK, to reduce your cost we can provide you with a Spanish Pay-As-You go mobile phone, rental for the week is €10.00 plus €15.00 euros top up card. The number can be supplied to you well in advance of your vacation.
Further details outdoors: There is are supermarkets, a bank and restaurant within minutes walk of the property, and Quesada Village is a 5 minute drive for other numerous shops, banks, restaurants, Aqua Park, Country Club, and La Marquesa Golf Club.
Dona Pepa 1 has a choice of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks which are located within a few minutes drive from the house.
Within 35 minutes of Quesada there are currently 12 golf courses and by 2009 there will be 17 within the Alicante and Mucia areas, making this area the Golfing centre of Europe. The 2008 PGA Championship is expected to be held at La Finca which is only 5 to 7 minutes drive from Quesada.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A €65.00 euro charge should be paid to your host on arrival for Laundry and Cleaning. Cots/high chairs/car seats and stair gates can be provided on request.
