The villa is a recently completed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (with shower room) large quad villa. It is situated close to superb sandy beaches, fantastic golf courses, main towns and supermarkets. This is ideal for either a family beach holiday, or relaxing golfing holiday.
Situated on the brand new urbanisation of Lo Crispin, this fully furnished 3 bedroomed Villa, sleeps up to 8. The villa is 50m from the large communal pool and is air conditioned. A balcony (solarium), complete with sun loungers, ensures you can relax whenever you like. The ground floor terrace, with patio set, provides the ideal setting for those lazy evenings. Blue Flag beaches, restaurants, bars and golf courses are all within easy reach.
Located just 5 to 10 minute drive from the bustling town of Torrevieja and the traditional Spanish fishing village of Guardamar and within easy reach of many blue flag beaches and international golf courses, the property offers ideal accommodation for those looking for a golfing, lively or relaxing holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is renowned for its wonderful climate, blue transparent waters and modern infrastructure, and has been recommended by the World Health Organisation as being one of the healthiest regions in the World.
The nearby Las Salinas (salt flats that date back to the 12th century) draws moisture from the air making a unique dry microclimate. According to the World Health Organisation it has an ‘Almost as perfect an environment as it is possible to obtain’. The area adjacent to the salt lakes is a nature reserve, the climate is said to be especially beneficial to sufferers of respiratory diseases or arthritic ailments.
The Costa Blanca ‘White Coast’ boasts over 320 days of sunshine each year, attracting sun worshippers, golfers and water sports enthusiasts. Its Blue Flag beaches vary from long stretches of fine sand to undiscovered bays with rugged cliffs and secluded sand dunes.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Lo Crispin area
Torrevieja: The bustling town of Torrevieja, which boasts 7 blue flag awards, is a popular resort surrounded by two natural water lagoons, home to a variety of wildlife and flamingos. It boasts a large marina, a water park, a magnificent palm lined promenade with spectacular fountains, a good selection of shops and abundant restaurants and bars. Traditional evening markets, as well as flamboyant local fiestas, add to the town’s natural charm. The town caters for all the family, with many activities being available, including swimming, snorkelling and horse riding. For golfers there are 3 excellent golf courses of campoamor, Las Rambles, Villamartin which can be reached by car within a 10 min drive.
Guardamar: The picturesque town of Guardamar, situated on the river Segura, is surrounded by dunes, shrubs, and eucalyptus plants, orange and lemon groves. Its main attraction is the 11km stretch of natural golden sand with a backdrop of shady pine forests. The forest is part of a beautiful nature reserve and is an ideal place for cool walks and picnics. An evening stroll along the tree lined promenade brings you to the craft market and funfair. Bars and restaurants are plentiful, and many family activities, including swimming and tennis, are available. Once a small fishing village, it now boasts its own marina and yacht club.
Ciudad Quesada: Ciudad Quesada is the nearest main town, located just a couple of minutes drive away. A busy local village which offers most of the amenities you could require including banks, service tills, supermarkets, shops, chemists and many different good quality bars and restaurants. It also has a golf course and water park suitable for children of all ages.
Rojales A typical Spanish village which also offers many good quality bars and restaurants.
How to get there
The villa is located just 30 minutes drive from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airport. It really doesn’t matter which airport you choose distance-wise, however, most prefer the quieter Murcia airport as it is easier to get onto the motorway from.
From Murcia airport, take the AP-7 motorway north towards Torrevieja. From Alicante airport, take the E-15 and then the AP-7 motorway south towards Torrevieja. Turn off at exit 745 towards Torrevieja, and it is only a few minutes from here (there are no long country roads to navigate around). Detailed directions will be given at time of booking

Further details indoors: Ground Floor: As you enter the villa, there is very spacious lounge and dining room. At one end there are two large sofas, one of which converts to sofa bed, Sky television and a CD player / radio. At the other end a dining table and chairs which extends out to cater for 6 people.
Leading off this is a fully fitted kitchen containing a fridge freezer, electric hob and oven. Out of the back door is the galleria where the washing machine is and a drying area. Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms, with double bed and large built in wardrobe, and a spacious shower room, with WC and sink.
Upstairs: Upstairs can be found a further 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed and balcony, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both bedrooms have and large built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom, with a bath, WC and sink.
Access to the solarium balcony is off the upstairs landing.
Further details outdoors: Swimming Pool: The large communal pool, located a minute walk away, is approximately 25m x 15m in size and has a child friendly walk-in slope at one end, and at the other end is approximately 2m deep. It also contains a large circular paddling pool area.
Outside Front and Solarium Balcony: A large front garden and patio area, complete with sun loungers provides ample area for relaxing in the sun at any time of day. There is a raised terraced, by just a couple of steps, leading to the front door, and has a large patio table and several chairs. Being covered, it provides the ideal location for eating and entertaining guests.
A solarium balcony, approximately the same size as the bedrooms, will give you that extra amount of piece and privacy while enjoying sunbathing, if required.
An outside light on both the front terrace and solarium balcony allows you spend the summer nights sitting outside to the early hours.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but is allowed on the terrace and solarium balcony.
A cot is available (free). Please let us know at time of booking if you require this to make sure it is available and set up for your arrival.
We can arrange for groceries to be purchased on your behalf for your arrival. If you require any, please let us know at least 3 days before arrival.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder is required 6 weeks prior to the rental date.
A cleaning charge of 55 Euros will need to be paid in cash (in Euros) to the keyholder when you arrive.
A refundable deposit of £30 or 50 Euros is normally asked for incase of items like lost keys, broken or lost remote controls, major breakages, etc. Minor breakages like plates or glasses will not be effected. This can be paid either at the time of booking, or in cash (in Euros) to the keyholder.
