This villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia airport and Alicante airport. The Villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate 4 people and the lounge area is equipped with 2 arm chairs and 3 seater sofa, sideboard, TV with over 300 tv and radio channels and DVD player.

The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. Utility room with washing machine. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Main Bathroom with Shower, WC and wash hand basin and hair dryer.

Master bedroom equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside table and wall heater and ceiling fan. En-Suite Shower, WC, wash hand basin and hair dryer.

2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan and wall heater.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property.

Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa area

This Spanish style villa is situated on the development of close to Cuidad Quesada and Benijofar. 5 minutes from A7 motorway link. Ideal for golfers. 5 kms La Marquesa Golf, 9 kms La Finca Golf. 6 minutes to Guardamar Beach. This detached villa is fully furnished.

The property is less than a 50 metres walk away from the communal pool. This villa is only a 10 minute walk from the Hotel Laguna with shops, restaurants and bars and another commercial centre within a 10 minute walk. Cuidad Quesada which is a 5 minute drive you will find more shops, restaurants and bars . There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

The local area Sunday market is within 5 minute drive and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only a 6 minute drive to miles of safe white sandy beaches at Guardamar or 6 minutes to Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.
