Andy's Pad is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern townhouse in an ideal location for golfers and sun-seekers.
This well furnished modern villa overlooks the communal pool on a quiet development. Situated in Monte Azul area of Benijofar closee to Cuidad Quesada, Torrevieja and Guardamar and just 30 minutes south of Alicante airport.
Accommodation isl on two levels comprises of 2 bedrooms 1 double bed in the master and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, both have ceiling fans, 1 full bathroom with corner bath and overhead shower, 1 shower room on the ground floor level, there is a large lounge/diner with Sat TV, CD player and DVD and a sofa bed if needed. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room includes hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and iron/board. There is a front terrace to enjoy your morning breakfast and a rear garden and patio area, which leads directy to the communal pool and garden area.
There are a wide selection of local and international bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute stroll with the attractions of Torrevieja less than 10 minutes drive. The wonderful blue flag beaches and sand dunes of Guardamar lie 10 mintues drive away plus numerous other white sandy beaches are easily accessible.
Ideal for Golfers with La Marquesa at Quesada and La Finca at Algorfa within 5 minutes drive, Villamartin, las Ramblas and Campoamor within a 20 minute drive.
It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential. This makes an ideal place for a family holiday.

Although Monte Azul is a quiet residential location it is an ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida. Easy motorway access enable to you visit historic cities such as Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante, plus local towns like Elche and Orihuela. The coastline boasts numerous blue flag beaches which are sandy and safe and has lovely marinas for both fisherman and sailing.
How to get there
The property is located half way between Alicante and Murcia airports 30 minutes each way. Both of these airports are serviced from all major UK airports and budget airlines. Car Hire is available at both airports or we can arrange collection for you.
