This two-bedroomed villa is perfect for a romantic getaway or a great family holiday. Take advantage of the excellent produce in the local market and pick up fresh bread at the bakery at the bottom of the road. Excellent wine can be bought cheaply at the nearby supermarket, thus producing a gastronomic feast for you to enjoy in your own private courtyard. Alternatively, pop down the hill and spend an hour in Las Pirates with a chilled glass of cava, whilst waiting for your takeaway order to be brought to your table from next door. Local restaurants include traditional Spanish, Italian, French and Chinese.
The property is simply but tastefully furnished to a high standard. In the living room is a sofabed plus an additional pull-out single bed, a small dining table and chairs and bookcase plus a TV/video, DVD and CD player The double and twin bedrooms enable a family of four to sleep very comfortably.
Dine al fresco in the private courtyard where the large table comfortably seats six - a gas barbecue makes cooking a pleasure! The roof terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, bake in the sun or simply enjoy a glass of wine while the sun goes down.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area offers a great variety of interesting places to visit. From the bustling markets of nearby Rojales and Almoradi to the quiet beaches near Guardamar, there is plenty to attract the visitor. You will be amazed by the mountainous lunar landscape just an hour inland. It contrasts starkly with the lush, fertile plains where almond, peach and orange blossom scent the air at different times of the year.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Marquesa Golf area
Torrevieja is always good for a day out with its noisy indoor market and its bustling tapas bars and restaurants. The salt pans at Santa Pola attract a huge variety of migrant birds. The ancient city of Murcia, with its imposing cathedral, is a great place to wander, pausing here and there to sample a glass of sherry or a local liqueur. During the cooler months, the spa baths at Archena and Fortuna are good for a warm and relaxing soak! Fiestas in nearby villages and towns are delightful and demonstrate local customs and celebrations - the largest paella in the world for example, is cooked in Almoradi in July!
This is a golfer's paradise, with the local course - La Marquesa - just minutes away from the villa. There are four other courses, includng the renowned Villamartin within half an hour's drive. More courses are available near Alicante so you could play a different one every day for a week!
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia and drive via main roads to Rojales(about 30 to 40 minutes). Follow signs to Campo de Golf and villa is nearby.
