About the home

Casa Suenos is a 3 bedroomed (2 X king sized beds; 2 X single beds), 2 bathroomed bungalow that has an open plan living area, inner courtyard and large roof topped sunterrace. Ajacent to the property there is a large pool shared with just 11 other properties.The villa is perfect for those seeking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The area is quiet and peaceful yet only a 1 km walk to various restaurants/bars; a 15 minute drive to beautiful sandy beaches such as Guademar and La Marina and a 15 to 20 minute minute drive to the beautiful palmed city of Elche and the cosmopolitain resort of Torrevieja.

The courtyard houses the main dining area where a large marble table is situated. In this area we provide a 'wind up' sun shade - essential for mid-day mealtimes. The roof terrace is supplied with 6 sunloungers, side tables and a small table and chairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is warm to hot all year round making it an ideal holiday destination. Rojales Hills is a development of residential villas close to the Spanish villages of Rojales and Benijofar. Within 2 kms of the villa, you can be driving through citrus tree groves and into the countryside; or onto well sign-posted main dual carriageways. Elche is a beautiful city close by that is steeped in history and houses the largest palm area in the world - as well as fantastic shoe factory shops... well worth a visit! Benidorm and its many theme and water parks is 1 to1.5 hours drive north. A very reasonable, daily bus service runs to Benidorm from Quesada centre should you not wish to drive.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Rojales Hills area

There are a number of Golf courses within easy reach of Rojales Hills - the closest of which is La Marquesa - part of the Ciudad Quesada development. The Nature Reserve of the La Mata and Torrevieja Lagoons are a few minutes drive away where pelicans can be seen in abundance and well-marked walks, cycle paths, observation towers and relaxation area can be found. A small Aqua Park is just a ten minute walk away; and a free municipal pool is situated closeby in the village of Benijofar - both brilliant for children. There are a variety of bars and restaurants 1km away - close enough to enjoy yet far enough away to be in peace! There are also excellent shopping facilities nearby in Benimar and Quesada as well as Torrevieja, Murcia and Elche.

Flights are into Alicante or Murcia airports - both of which are 25 minutes drive from the villa. The airports are serviced by numerous budget airlines such as easyjet, flybe and bmibaby. We have found www.skyscanner.com to be an excellent website, giving you options from all possible airports. Car hire is advisable and is easily booked online or by telephone. Cars are available from the airport. Our favourite car rental agent - most reliable and reasonable found - is www.carjet.com. You are usually charged for a full tank of petrol on top of rental - you deliver the car back as empty as possible. Two to three weeks before your holiday, we will provide you with easy read routes from whichever airport you are travelling from. Should you not wish to drive, a taxi service is available from/to the airport for 40-60 euros each way.
